I'm sure they deal with challenging situations... After all people are frequently not at there best when coming to the doctor. But I have never (I'm not exaggerating) seen a smile or experienced, what I would describe as, a friendly interaction. Perhaps that is the expectations handed down to the reception staff. But I find it disappointing when friendliness is generally regarded with, what seems like, distain. Again, these folks are consummate professionals I gladly entrust my health too. But it's not a friendly place up front.

I have seen 14 specialist in the past 7 months and none have provided better bedside care than Dr Wesson. He takes time to explain things and answer questions. His medical assistant Tammy is quick to return messages and follow up on referrals as well as just being a pleasant caring professional. Dr Wesson truly cares that his patients receive the best of care even when it is outside the Mason Health system. I can not recommend him highly enough!!! I know My health is in good hands!!!
