Instead, no one contacted me at all until I reached out myself days before my x-ray appointment, only to be told (for the first time) that I never qualified for coverage in the first place, and that I'd supposedly already been informed at my first visit. When I pointed out the mismatch between what I was told and what was now being claimed, the office dodged responsibility rather than acknowledge any communication failure. "Hey, so sorry no one reached out to you to follow up. We'll make an effort to fix that in the future." That's really all it would have taken. Instead they went with "We never said that, we already told you." Which is honestly just...why do that? So weird. They take forever doing pre-authorizations and apparently don't even know how to handle simple resubmissions. They charged a missed appointment fee for an appointment I cancelled weeks in advance. It's the worst office I've dealt with. Just not worth it.
