I normally don't write reviews, but this experience deserves to be shared. My wife ordered a *red jumper* for our daughter's Davidson Academy uniform at Flynn O'Hara in Nashville. We placed the order in person on a Saturday -- made it clear what we wanted -- and a week later, the package arrived at our home. When we opened it, the uniform was *black*. We know exactly what we ordered, so we drove back to the store (an hour each way) to get it corrected. When we explained the situation, the woman behind the counter looked at the invoice and said, "Well, it says black." My wife, in a calm and respectful tone, replied that we *ordered red*, not black -- if we wanted black, we would've just picked it off the shelf. Instead of showing any understanding, the employee was rude and dismissive. We've dealt with the previous company before the buyout and *never* had issues like this -- they treated customers with respect and made things right. We're paying customers and should be treated as such. To drive all that way and be treated like we don't matter is beyond frustrating. Something needs to change at this location -- better customer service, accountability, and a reminder that mistakes happen, but how you handle them makes all the difference. read more

Flynn O'Hara provides a great selection of school uniforms. I order my kids uniforms both online and in store. Every time we visit the store, Madi always helps us out. She's very knowledgeable and she goes above and beyond when it comes to assisting customers. As far as prices, I think all the school uniforms we have purchased from Flynn O'Hara were fairly inexpensive compared to the ones we purchased in the past from other companies for different schools. We had excellent service today in the Brentwood store. Everything I needed was in stock and Danielle was extremely helpful and kind!

We got everything we needed! The people there were very helpful shout out to Danielle for a wonderful experience! The changing rooms were clean, orderly, and private. They had plenty of clothing to wear, and try on, and we quickly found everything we needed. Overall, everything was solid, but unfortunately the prices were high and it ended up being a considerable amount of money. We had a great time though and we will definitely come again! read more
