We LOVE Riley!…read more She's not just a "dog walker", she actually understands more about dog psychology than most dog trainers! Our dog Nellie is a foster with a nervous personality, she's not your average easy going pup. It's hard to trust anyone with her because it takes a different level of skill and she could bite another dog if put in the wrong situation. When we met Riley it was the biggest relief, she was so up for the challenge. She even worked with our dog's current trainer on her own time to learn more about what Nellie (and other dogs) needed to be successful - how amazing! She uses a great app when walking so you get an email once the walk is completed showing where they went, if your dog pooped/peed and sometimes even a cute photo that will make you smile! We have no worries when we're gone that Riley has everything under control. She is one of the few people we trust with our pup :)

I thought that was odd because who would not want to see the boarding facility first. They do NOT offer a 24/7 live cam which also led me to not trust them. I later talked to an employee van driver and he told me and my husband the dogs are kept in the garage in kennels, the bigger dogs are kept in the van in the garage with no air or ventilation AND-where it is dark. We were appalled and horrified. We called the Newport Beach Animal Control and found out Island Pooch doesn't even have a boarding license. Please do your research before you use ANY animal boarding. Island Pooch is definitely untrustworthy and does not care for animals if this is how they are boarding them.

I took him to the vet and they had put him on antibiotics, they gave him steroids and allergy shots and it's still 16 days after and his paws are not healed and my puppy is getting worse and lots and lots of vet bills.
