I desperately needed reliable help and provided a list of specific things I wanted addressed. I was willing to pay accordingly and even tipped her for her work. The scheduling has been a constant issue. She rescheduled us three separate times because of conflicts on her end. We hadn't seen her in months, but I had her scheduled this week and next week to help get our house ready for our son's first birthday. This week, our son was slightly under the weather, so I told her I would keep him in his room while she cleaned. Instead of simply communicating with me, she proceeded to cuss me out and told me she couldn't come next week because she was moving, even though we were already on her schedule. She then pushed our next appointment all the way to the end of October. The cleaning itself has also been extremely disappointing. Several things I specifically requested were barely touched or not cleaned properly. When I expressed my concerns, she called me repeatedly while I was at work and left nasty voicemails, cursing at me and telling me how ridiculous I was for providing a list. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a deep cleaning to be thorough or to provide a list of priorities when I'm paying for a specific service. If she disagrees with a request, there are professional ways to communicate that without cursing at or insulting a customer. After the repeated scheduling issues, poor quality of cleaning, and the way my concerns were handled, I would not recommend this business. I was simply looking for reliable help while balancing a full-time job, a baby, and a husband who travels for work, and this experience created far more stress than it was worth.

Crystal Clean is the worst cleaning service I ever dealt with. They are all about quick in & out,…read morerather than doing a proper cleaning job. They would rush through my house in less than an hour, running laundry & dishes on skimpy quick cycles that aren't suitable for towels, linens or crusty dishes. Every time they messed something up, like putting half-dirty dishes from dishwasher back into cabinets, leaving wet laundry in the washer, not wiping dust off furniture, leaving sand on the floor, etc. They don't even understand that washer doors must be left open to avoid mold. They had the nerve to tell me that "putting dirty dishes into dishwasher is not their job" and that they "don't have time to run washers on full cycle". Instead, they want guests to do dishes and laundry before check-out, which is absurd when guests also pay a hefty cleaning fee. Besides being sloppy & incompetent at their job, they are exceptionally rude when you give them honest feedback.

There were a few hang ups- for instance one time I sat out clean bed linen and instead of changing the linen, the person simply made the bed with the existing linen. Audrey, the owner seems nice. She came out to our home and conducted an initial eval and we chatted about the type of services desired. She has nice pamphlets and was explaining that she was doing commercial cleaning and has just ventured into residential cleaning. We explained that we generally have the cleaners come when we are at work and that we could set a code to the door so they would be able to enter. We also clearly explained that we cannot have our cell phones at work and provided a work number to call FIRST; always. One time, the cleaners broke our scale while cleaning and when I got off work, I received a text from Audrey stating that she wanted to let us know what happened but didn't call us at work because it was not an emergency so that primary number was on file and it was clear as to how to reach us if there was an issue. Well, one day we had a cleaning scheduled for 830am. The cleaner showed up and was not able to access the home. Instead of calling the primary work number, they texted our cell phone. Well, I didn't get the message until I got off work and by then they'd left. (Most people with routine house cleanings have it set up where they can get access to the home so this would have been an instance where you ensure you contact the homeowner "on the correct number"). I made contact with Audrey, the owner and she pawned me off on Lisa, the scheduler. No one could explain how or why they never contacted our primary contact number and at this point I was like "ok things happen." Well what happened that I consider a really poor business practice is that they made no attempt to resolve the issue so that we could get our home cleaned in a timely manner. (We had scheduled biweekly cleanings but on this particular week, we had company coming to town.) Lisa, the scheduler told me that we would have to wait until our next scheduled cleaning (2 weeks) because they were "busy" and were not able to fit us in. I then reached out to Audrey, the owner, to see if there was anything she could work out (being the owner) and she NEVER RESPONDED to my text. Despite the fact that "things happen" and mistakes are made.....it is highly imperative for a business (especially a small business) to communicate, accommodate (within reason) and simply provide good service. FlaBizClean completely disappointed us and therefore I would not recommend their services.
