We tried to give Junk King a chance to explain themselves and make things right. They didn't know what happened or why we were stood up, but they apologized and scheduled us for another estimate today. Again, no one called or showed up :( so we got stood up twice - Lexi B. Update: the next day I finally got a call from Junk King and the guy (Ryan?) was not very sorry and pretty rude. He said he was busy. He started acting disparaging when we said we decided to work with someone else. Even though we are still figuring out who we will work with, we know it won't be Junk King.

Then came Tuesday, our other regular trash day & lo & behold, they missed to pick up our trash again. I called the same day & was transferred 3x as they were unable to find my address customer service agents were rude & were extremely not knowledgeable of what they're doing. It wasn't until after I asked for an escalation that they were able to search my address & had to login a ticket for the missed pick ups.. truly an unacceptable inconvenience!
