Also, I'll note that if you are as scared of snakes as I am this probably isn't the spot for you! "The Barn" venue or event center is truly amazing and just a "cool place". It is VERY nice. From Rick in the store... to the on-site support by Deloris (hilarious and sharp) and her husband Fred, we enjoyed it. They were all friendly, accommodating and we will be back when it cools off some to rent the pontoon and fish on Gantt Lake. This park, it's staff and management continue to make improvements and it's one to visit and you will feel very welcomed. Some TV movie streaming issues yet they have cable, and otherwise a perfect trip and a very good venue for clubs, rallies or music events.

There were free snacks in the office and they set us up with a cool fire pit and firewood already at our campsite. There is a nice pool on property that we did not visit and to catch and release ponds. The park even handles propane refills, and will pick up your propane tank. Fill it and bring it back. The park was very quiet and well maintained although you can hear some red noise from Hwy 231. We did not take advantage of the bathhouse so I cannot comment, but there is only one available. This is not an issue for us because of the full sewer hook up.

Stayed here for 3 weeks April/May. We reserved well in advance and did have to do a temporary 1…read moreweek stint in one of the "pull thru (PT) sites. Moved into the main area and honestly, with all the big rigs that pulled in, it can get very cramped for "privacy". Add to that some dogs and it can get very interesting. As usual at an RV site, some people have ZERO clue about site etiquette. Several folks walking their dogs around my site. My dogs did not appreciate that. But that's the only complaint I had - a bit cramped when all sites around you are full, and people are the same no matter where we camp. The people running this site are the best!! Tom helps you park and it makes it SO easy to back into the spot. First try, boom, all set!! The beach is only a few blocks away, totally walkable. That said, they also provide a ride to and from the beach on the golf cart. Very helpful when you're lugging all your beach stuff. Expensive to stay, but it was a great vacation. I'd stay here again.

The office is easy to get to and has very convenient hours. The bathhouse was very clean and had large showers. The laundry room had 5 sets of washers and dryers that are coin operated and easy to use. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk but the staff also offers free rides to and from via golf cart that we utilized several times. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We reserved an overnight stopover here while traveling across Florida, the staff here is incredible…read moreand very accommodating. This is a beautiful RV Park with lots of ammenties and they can definitely accommodate bigger rigs, our 40' Motorhome and toad fit into the level site with ease. We requested a large site so we didn't have to unhook and could exit the park the next morning so site 30 worked out great we exited the site right onto the side street, there were some low hanging branches on the road which has nothing to do with the park but we were able to maneuver around them. The park owners should address this with the county road maintenance department to eliminate the concerns. It's obvious the staff here continues to make upgrades so as good as it is it can only get better. Access is very easy exiting exit 112 west bound off I-10. As others have stated Bonifay is a very small town but there are a number of restaurants in close proximity we had dinner next door at M&W Bbq. We are so happy to have found this place and definitely plan to visit them again in the future. I thought the prices were very fair and everything worked out great, for us this is a park that we highly recommend...
