He came over, asked me what I originally wanted, and immediately offered a solution without hesitation. He didn't make me feel bad for messing up the order. That kind of grace and professionalism, especially when a place is running at full capacity, is so rare these days. The wait wasn't her fault at all it was due to Fricker's being understaffed. She's honestly the only reason I'd even think about coming back.
