It is a bit spicy, perhaps too much to my liking, but I am sure many people would enjoy it. Everything was carefully placed in a nice cardboard box lined with brown paper and sealed. The order itself was placed in a brown paper bag. I do recommend. Food is good, plentiful, and a decent value compared to other chain type restaurants! There are three types of chicken sandwiches -- Regular, Mango Habanero or Nashville Hot. They also offer chicken wings or chicken tenders with 8 sauces to choose from. Side options are waffle fries or onion rings. If you have a sweet tooth, they offer six flavors of milk shakes. I went with the Signature Burger 2 and a side of waffle fries. In addition to the two patties, it comes with two slices of American cheese, caramelized onions, signature sauce and mayonnaise. It was ready in under 10 minutes and I was on my way. They do have about ten tables if you want to dine inside. The burger comes wrapped in foil and stayed pretty warm by the time I got home. The flavor was excellent but after a few bites it almost seemed too decadent for a burger. I'm not sure how else to explain it other than it was so rich and dense that I think my taste buds were confused. I couldn't really taste the signature sauce, so I think next time I would ask for extra signature sauce and get it without mayonnaise. The fries were crispy and all in all it ended up being the perfect amount of food. I'd be interested to try one of the chicken sandwiches next time.

The smashburger consists of two smash hamburger patties topped with American cheese with cheese sauce between the patties. I added pickles on my sandwich. The burger was cooked well, in the typical smashburger style, and was very cheesy and delicious. The fries were good. The order came in a plastic container. Not quite eco-friendly but it kept the food warm and fresh. I highly recommend this establishment. My order was filled quickly and my DoorDasher delivered the order quickly. I like having different dining options and this is one place I do intend on visiting again.

Not just with the food (which was amazing), but with the service, the staff, and how everything was handled during what could have been a frustrating situation. When I walked in, they were clearly very busy. Customers were flowing in nonstop, phones were ringing, the fryer was going, and yet...not once did I feel like I was an inconvenience or just another number in line. I had accidentally placed my order incorrectly, and I'm sure the confusion showed all over my face. Without me even needing to say much, one of the team members, this absolute gem of a gentleman noticed my confusion. He came over, asked me what I originally wanted, and immediately offered a solution without hesitation. He didn't make me feel bad for messing up the order. Instead, he remade my food exactly how I wanted it and even offered me a drink while I waited. That kind of grace and professionalism, especially when a place is running at full capacity, is so rare these days. The way they handled the situation showed not only leadership but genuine care for their customers. The wings? On point. The corn? Seasoned perfection. But the real standout was the service. It felt like the kind of hospitality you get at a mom-and-pop shop, not a national franchise.
