And he did this in less than 24 hours after I send the bid request! To top that, ALL OF THE WORK was done within the same day! And major bonus = his pictures were so good that I didn't even have to hire a photographer. I was able to pay a bit extra (my suggestion) and receive 5-10 images per property after the cleanup. In the end, if they had simply apologized and admitted they got the timing wrong instead of trying to make me look like I had screwed up, I could have been more understanding. But trying to tell me I was the one who was confused about the appointment just makes them seem incredibly untrustworthy. It looks like they do good work when they actually show up, but this interaction has me seriously questioning their integrity.

I said no problem. they sent the quote over explained the panel wouldn't match and put in the quote they would adjust the gate. all they did was put a fence panel in the empty spot and charged me 2 thousand they said sorry can't help you. we can make it a gate for more money. do not use them they denied the whole conversation ever happened and would not work with me. so sad taking advantage of a medicade waver facility
