They had good communication with us, and once it was in from the manufacturer, they got it installed properly and promptly! They knew exactly what they were doing. About a week later, it needed an adjustment and someone came out the next day and made the adjustment. He also went above and beyond by greasing the system too! It's nice to work with friendly people who know their equipment so well. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

I called in late December of 2025 and they sent two young men out to look. These boys knew nothing about roofing. They took some pictures of the leaking roof and moldy insulation. I waited for a reply from the company but none came for over two months! I began calling SIR in March but could not get anyone to deal with it or call back. They kept saying I had no warranty even though I have bha paper that indicated that I did and a contract that verified the same thing. SIR found the contract in their files--30 year warranty that covered labor costs. Eventually the head of the company, Frank Mumford, called and set up a meeting with me at my house to inspect the damage himself, but he always begged off and never came. In late March he called and offered to do the roof AT COST and replace the insulation for FREE. His bid on doing the roof was $5,800. By this time I had contacted a company recommended by my insurance agent--A FOR PROFIT BID was made at $3600, plus they would follow the specs of the insurance company! Needless to say, I had the recommended company do the work When it came to replacing the insulation, it took SIR 48 days to show up and they only did a partial job. There is much more that could be said, but I will leave it at that. Consumers, be sure to take multiple bids on all future jobs and research the company before you sign on. I give a one star rating to SIR HOME IMPROVEMENT. . .

They did a great job, except they made an honest mistake. July 2024 when they installed the door they accidentally ruined one the panels but installing it backwards, the owner literally did it and apologized told me he would order a replacement. Flash forward to January 2025 and the door was not repaired, I contacted garage doors plus more they told me the replacement door was ordered. I also contacted the manufacturer CHI Garage doors who told me they had not received an order. Anyways it took a few more calls and emails and months than I expected but they did replace the door. Garage door wise they did nice work, but their communication could use work. And they do lie to customers, which I proved but contacting the manufacturer that they order from. It about a year for them to get the door replaced after they damaged it.

The only thing keeping me from giving them five stars is that the repair man took down what code I wanted for our keypad but didn't program it using that code.
