Then they send security to "check" on you after less than a minute of being in the restroom. I do not look like a junkie or homeless at all btw. They just decided because of their prejudice to do this. Security knocks on the door, then looks inside the restroom (supposed to be for 1 occupant at a time btw) and behind the door as though you are a criminal, for literally no reason. Felt very violating of my privacy and gross. I literally just needed to wash my hands and pee, but after that, i decided to just hold it til i got home.

I tried to enjoy it the way I usually do with new places, but the atmosphere felt unpredictable in a way that teenagers or young adults definitely wouldn't enjoy. As I walked around, I kept seeing groups of people arguing loudly or acting in ways that made the environment feel unstable, and it surprised me how often it happened. It wasn't just one moment -- it felt like something concerning was happening every time I turned a corner. What bothered me even more was how poorly monitored the mall seemed. There were areas with almost no staff or security around, which made the whole place feel even more unpredictable. Even the parking lot felt uncomfortable because of the lighting and the people wandering around who didn't seem to be there for shopping. Instead of feeling relaxed, I felt like I had to constantly watch my surroundings, which is the opposite of what a mall should make you feel. I really tried to give Stonewood Center a fair chance, but the longer I stayed, the more I realized I wasn't having any fun at all. I didn't feel safe, I didn't feel comfortable, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this place to teenagers or anyone who wants to enjoy their time without worrying about what might happen around them. I've lived for 24 years, and I've been to plenty of malls, but this was one of the few times where the environment itself felt like the problem. I only visited Stonewood Center once before writing this review, and honestly, that was enough. Because of how unsafe it felt, I'm giving it a 1‑star rating and hoping it improves so people can feel comfortable going there again.

If you're looking for something quick to eat, you can eat at the food court or grab pretzels from the several many kiosk throughout the mall. If you feel like dining in, they have restaurants like the Cheesecake Factory located on the outside. This location also has a movie theater attached to it. The value of anything sold here really depends on where you choose to shop. There are stores that can be costly and some more affordable. They have an Apple and Samsung store located inside as well. The service is great. They keep this location well maintained. My only complaint is I wish they had more directories inside to navigate the mall because the layout is a bit confusing.

I really enjoy how lively the place is and I had a great time walking around and exploring. My only complaint was that it was extremely hot outside with the summer weather, and there are areas in the mall that are breezy, and then some areas that are extremely hot. But other than that, I like the amount of stores here. Lots of different stores to appeal to different sorts of people. There's plans for future stores to open up. I saw a Michael Kors planning to open up here and also Molly tea! Which is going to bring in a lot of people because of the franchise. This is also connected to a movie theatre which is very exciting!!! Another entertainment venue they have is Sandbox VR. Definitely a good place for families and for friends to hang out. I also see furry friends here on leashes walking around too. I liked looking at Uniqlo, Box Lunch, and Pop Mart at my most recent visit.

I originally came with the intention of just relaxing and window shopping... you know how that goes. Somehow, those are always the shopping trips where you find the best deals. I ended up leaving with way more than I planned, including a bunch of cute clothes and new shoes. Can we also talk about the lululemon outlet? Where have these deals been hiding?! It was such an unexpected gem, and I found so many pieces I loved. Another thing I appreciated was how easy everything felt. Parking was simple, walking around the outlets was stress-free, and the overall atmosphere was much more relaxed than I expected for an LA shopping center. If you're looking for a fun shopping day without melting in the summer heat, I'd definitely recommend making the trip. Just be warned... if you tell yourself you're "only window shopping," you're probably going home with shopping bags.

Some areas it's park at your own risk. Parking at the BofA and by the 99 Cent Store can be pretty hectic, so be careful and mind your own! Alot of the clothing businesses do not allow food or drink, so don't even try. I learned the hard way on that... Norwalk Town Square... Give the local shops a chance...

*** Pop-up shop review... Vendorama CA, baby! ***…read more This event occurs every second Saturday of each month from 11AM-4PM. ENVIRONMENT Several local and surrounding area vendors set up their own canopies and tables on the concreted area next to St. Marks Episcopal School. It's completely outdoors in a nice area of the 90241 zip code. When they aren't making announcements, they have fun music on the stereo. SERVICE Most of the vendors are very friendly. THE GOODS Each time I see such a wide variety of products and items for sale including clothes, jewelry, baked goods, fruit juices, jerky, candy, plants, candles, aguachile, street tacos, coffee & tea, mask chains, hair accessories, skin treatments, and much more. MY FAVORITE PART... Supporting the locals especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. These people are doing this as their hobbies, but also for the extra income... please support them if at all possible! NOT SO FAVORITE PART... I like to know how much items are clearly and quickly. PARKING Free street parking or the Our Lady of Perpetual Help School lot has free spaces across the street. TIPS + While admission is free, patrons are not allowed in without a mask during COVID-19 pandemic restrictions. + They often have raffles later in the afternoon. OVERALL I try to make it each month even though it was fairly difficult last year with the pandemic. Hopefully 2021 will exceed all of our expectations. | Goods: 5 | Service: 4.5 | Environment: 4.5 | Prices: 4.5 |
