Los Cerritos Center is a mall that will definitely give you that nostalgic feeling as if you were hanging around in a mall from the 80's and 90's. The architecture is definitely reminiscent of this time period- and while there seem to have been some renovations, you still totally get that vibe. The array of shops and dining options is impressive and is very family-focused. A lot of sports and activewear, sneakers and all the things that make for a one-stop shop for the entire family. There's some great dining options too- from the eclectic food court, to suburban mainstays like The Cheesecake Factory and Lazy Dog Restaurant. Really the only things that can improve are increasing the number and quality of the restroom facilities and the sometimes eerie emptiness of some vacant areas. It's like liminal spaces but in the nooks of the mall, but overall, more positives than negatives and easy parking, but congested at times. read more

First thing's first, I'm glad this mall is SINGLE STORY. I don't have to worry about my fear of heights and it doesn't feel stuffy because it has HIGH ceilings. However... with a single story comes a TON of walking. Be prepared for that! There's a lot of your standard mall stuff here, so it's not worth mentioning about the department stores, but the mall portion is a fine experience. There are lots of clothing stores and dessert places, and there's a movie theater and some nice restaurants, but I will say there's NOT much to do as a fun activity for families with small kids. Older kids will have some things to do like VR or build-a-bear, but smaller kids will not. Food court is fine, there's some good options and I actually like that it's next to the entrance/exit of the mall so you don't have to be "stuck" in a second story hidden area forcing you to walk by stores while getting out of the mall. Standard mall food court options like Sbarro, it's really just a place to hang out. Again, nothing special, but super clean and open space brings this to an average 3/5 for me. read more

The Los Cerritos Center is one of the most busiest malls in Southern California. It even exceeds the Del Amo Mall in Torrance. There are several stores, including a Macy's, Nordstrom. Victoria's Secret and an Apple Store there are lots of eateries surrounding the exterior of the mall as well as a food court inside parking is a bit difficult in finding even though the lot is very big it's due to the traffic and the amount of clientele that comes to visit this mall still the selection is great. The value is excellent. If you have the patience in finding a parking stall, I highly recommend this mall. read more

I had an unfortunate incident where my phone was hacked. I went to the Apple Store to get my phone reset and received excellent service. I just wanted to shout out to Mayra, she put me on a list to get seen as a walk-in, and then to Christian, who was the person who helped me reset my phone. I came to the mall for the special at Yogurtland, where you get two for one with all the toppings you want. After enjoying my yogurt, we went for a long walk all the way to Sears. It wasn't very crowded, so it was a very pleasant stroll. There are some new stores opening up and others closing, so it's always different. Parking was really easy. Had a nice time. read more

One of the few remaining malls that's still hopping! A large selection of shops of all types. The main areas are kept pretty clean because they have an ample staff of folk, and their food court has a good selection. The value is in the selection of shops, and there's almost no dead/open spots, every shop is filled - all offering deals this time of year. read more

March 22, 2025 | Cerritos: Super cute mall! Whenever I stop by, I encounter the friendliest people, other customers and sales associates! I've also found some of my favorite stores! The skylight ceilings are just beautiful while walking around! Beautiful Store: I had to stop by before the Forever 21 store closes, as it's one of the prettiest locations I've visited, including beautiful chandeliers throughout!! I'm glad I did, as I'm on a mission to find all the colors of this particular dress that I absolutely love! One more color to go! Sweet Tooth: One of my absolute favorite fancy chocolate shops from Switzerland is here as well, Laderach; the most amazing chocolates! They give free samples as well! Vibe: Friendly, family-oriented! So many of the stores are bright, welcoming and inviting! Recently, while walking through the mall with my friend, a woman walked up to me, complimented me and told me she was originally from Vietnam! Turns out, I had recently put Vietnam on my travel list of places to go, told her and she gave me her info, because she wanted to send me a list of the best places to go, as she was a local! Super nice! Movie Theater: Excellent movie theater with cozy reclining seats! I've been here twice and enjoyed each experience! I even met a photographer & his female assistant while waiting in the lobby once! Friendly vibes! Parking: Plentiful & free! Overall: I always enjoy every visit to the Cerritos Mall! I was surprised how much the place had changed since I was last there. They have tons of up and coming stores coming in the next few months as well as some staple places stores that I you would find in a typical mall. The mall was super spacious and had tons of parking and walking room-- even with there being tons of people there. I was especially impressed they had a Korean skincare store, Korheim. It was easily the best part of the mall. Definitely will keep this location in mind next time I'm in need of new products. read more

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to stroll through this medium-sized 1 story mall! It was my first time here and my girlfriend showcased to me where she was here for a pop-up event so I think it's cool for the mall to have events to attract people. I thought that the variety of stores here were interesting. I had an easy time finding parking here as the place is large enough to have parking lots all over. The location is good because there is a lot of restaurants just across the lots and there are even some restaurants in the mall like Lazy Dog. I like the tall bright ceilings and found the area to be eye-catching. There's also plenty dessert shops inside the mall too that you can munch on while you walk, and I especially thought that it was cool to see a froyo spot!! Stores are affordable and sad to see the big Forever 21 store closed. I wonder if there'll be a new store there in the future. I actually also never heard of the movie theatre that's here but for some reason, it smelled really funky walking towards it (not a strong popcorn smell one would expect). read more

Recently visited the inside of this mall. I've been here to pick-up an order from Dick's Sporting Goods, watch a movie at Harkin Theater and once a long time a go to pick-up a skincare kit from Sephora. Last week was my first time walking through it and I was impressed it was only one story. The white ceiling with the half circle shape looks a little creepy and fascinating at the same time. It's giving I'm in a tunnel and I need to get to the other side. It's a clean, big mall and it's still going strong and hasn't been turned into a "vibe" with apartment buildings being built over certain wings of the mall. Lot's of parking, off the 605 and the 91. Kinda surprised at this mall as I didnt know it was here. Quite similar to santa anita mall. It doesn't have the dingy mall feel compared to other malls, quite circulated air with nice lighting, big space. Parking lot does seem to fill up fast. The bathrooms are a bit outdated and it can be hard to find drinking water stations. Has your typical assortment of malls. Theres a really cute charm shop by nordstrom where you can make your own charm bracelets/they have dupes for popular trending brands and labubu clothes/keychains. read more

Always come to this mall when I'm in the area just to check out Nordstrom's and Zara's. Otherwise, I'm not really into this stores or selections they have. They have good values though of stores that are feasible! They have decent service, so that makes it good. I just feel they can add better selections and styles to the mall. You walk through here pretty fast because it's not a lot of stores that I typically go in. They have good eateries though and movie theatre here. They have California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang's, and Cheesecake Factory. Those are pretty popular here And does get a lot of Business. Overall, it's just ok nothing to special or will often come. They use to have Morphe Cosmetics, which I loved but they closed down. I hope they add more stores to make it a better experience. The Zara is decent and the Nordstrom's have good deals. For the parents who let their teenagers go to the mall unsupervised maybe you guys should start reconsidering that. Me, my husband and son were waiting for the family restroom to be available, waited abt 5 min & a girl abt 14yrs old came out the family restroom speed walking and she tells us there is still someone in there but i didn't think anything of it. My husband tells me imagine there's a boy in there because why would she leave and say there's still someone in there & yup shortly after a boy came out abt the same age as the girl and they were most definitely not related. We later seen them walking in separate groups. The boy was with older adult men and the girl was with her friends. It's pretty obvious they were doing inappropriate things in there & that's honestly sad and disgusting. Especially at the family restroom where most of the time it's literally parents with little kiddos who go in there. It happened today jun 20. There needs to be security somewhere near the restrooms for these types of things. read more

The good: This is a medium to small sized shopping mall that was clean, open and not too crowded. There's a food court, some restaurants, some kiosks that sell foods (potato snack stand, frozen yogurt, aguas frescas, macarons, crepes, etc). There was plenty of parking. The ceilings are high with ample natural lighting. I think Nordstrom's was the most high-end store here. It's a single-story mall which was nice for us with kids. The bad: I was hoping the mall had an indoor kids' play areas. The interesting: You can rent car-shaped strollers here for $12. read more

I have been coming to do Santa pictures here since I was a child and took my two children today with reservations, I was in shock how rude and disrespectful the girls working there were to me and my family. I grew up in Cerritos and have spent most of my life shopping in this mall so this Yelp review is only for the company in charge of the mall Santa. myhappymoments.com. Santa however was very pleasant and was able to hold my 1 year old with no issues, however the girls working behind the camera and especially the one checking out customers was extremely disrespectful. Her response to questions about the pricing was rude and short, when I finished paying for my overpriced package (min. $45 since the reservation website does not tell you that you have to reserve a spot it cost you $30 to do so, only 20 that goes towards your actual purchase) I said Thank you so much, happy holidays! She threw up the peace sign at me with her face sideways and looked away. I couldn't believe it. If you like nice retail stores and good food options, this is the mall for your best interest. Our favorite store is Nordstrom with a great dining experience within. We like to have lunch and then go shopping afterwards. Plenty of excellent stores to shop from like Miniso, Mac Makeup, Zara, Apple Store, and many more. Always have good deals and sales all around year round. Check out their food court offering various goodies like pizzas, Chinese food, sandwiches, and so much more. Green Crush is our absolute favorite for their fresh aguas frescas drinks. Nice to have on a hot day to hydrate with tons of health benefits. Potatoes Corner is our next favorite spot to indulge with cream cheese and chives mixed half with nacho cheese french fries. Lickin' fingers good! Then grab some delicious drinks at North Italia. Surely, it didn't disappoint me. Parking can be a bit of a hassle on weekends, but get there early to avoid the crowds. Good mall to spend half a day for your enjoyment. read more

One of our favorite malls! They have a decent selection of shops -- from the Apple Store to Michael Kors. There's also usually an event being held at a certain area in the mall which is nice. A lot of stores have been removed, however, but there are still a lot of popular ones. The place is really spacious so there's room to walk and not worry about bumping into people. I also liked how it was clean and quite organized. The prices were not too crazy and the stores are very affordable. Everyone is very nice and the employees at the shops we went to were accommodating. We love coming here! read more

2nd time coming to this mall. Excellent place to spend a few hours walking around, window shopping lol, and grabbing a bite in their food court. Also, just found out that there is a movie theater here too. I got to walk the whole mall and found it. The mall was busy, but not crowded. On a Saturday afternoon (Around 5:30 pm), there was still a few parking spots left. I'm assuming everyone is at the beach. Although the small has a lot of selection, it does not have a lot of high-end selections, but you can get them at Nordstrom per se has tons of restaurants in an amazing food court. This mall is small and easy to maneuver around. They have enough stores for the entire family to shop. I shop here when I am in the area. I love to go to Macy's, Nordstrom, Zara, and Forever 21. They have the Cheesecake Factory inside the mall and a movie theater. Ample parking and surrounding restaurants and stores on the outskirts. Have not been to this mall for a while; it looks like they have some businesses moved out but also have some stores moved in. It's not a big mall but they offer more affordable stores for families especially for teens or kids. Their food court has pretty good variety of food and plus they have little kid tables. Parking was not a problem at all and it's free. read more

Love going to the Cerritos Mall, however, DO NOT GO TO THOSE HAIR KIOSK IN THE MIDDLE. Specically the Hair for You in front of the Vans store. The women that work there are shady and tell you one price, and then another. She also kept telling me "Don't tell no one" over and over again. I ended up having a bad reaction to the hair products and went to return the products, and they would not take them and issue an refund. I requested to speak to a manager, and they said there was no management and you have to "go through the company". I went on the website and they also do not offer returns if purchased through a vender. This Kiosk stand is an ultimate scam as there is no one that know what to do- and the workers there are like robots repeating things over and over again. Everything else in the mall is great, just need these scammy kiosk out. read more

Really modern mostly one story mall with Macy and Nordstrom anchoring each end. I really liked the architecture of the inside, especially the contoured, cylindrical, ceiling...and the store selection were ones that our family shops at (Nordstrom, Uniqlo, Zara). There's some comfortable places to sit and wait, as well. It was getting fairly busy around lunchtime, but there is a lot of parking spaces, so no issues there. WIth plenty of natural light, and well-maintained surfaces, this is probably the nicest medium size mall in the South LA County area. read more
