When I raised this serious safety concern with the principal, her response was dismissive and lacked accountability, placing blame on the after-school program rather than addressing the lapse in supervision. Although my daughter stayed enrolled for another year, I ultimately removed her due to the school's continued lack of responsibility and care. I sincerely hope they have improved their student safety procedures

My teachers Mrs. Davis & Mrs. Reagle (Kindergarten), Mrs. Drawbond (1st), Mrs. Miles (2nd), Mrs. Sullivan (3rd), Mrs. Huey (4th) and Mr. Soelter (5th) were all outstanding educators, mentors and people. The principal, Dr. Cosgrove, was a great person as well. Even the custodian, Fred, was a great guy and would entertain us all at the yearly Ice Cream Social with his barbershop quartet. The school has grown in size over the years and changes are visible from the 40 years ago I was there. But I would bet it is still a great place for young minds to get a great start on their education.

The after-school program teachers would make me feel horrible about myself, and I know hate is a strong word, but I HATED the site coordinator!!!!! And I'm not gonna drop names, but her name started with an L. She had me so jacked up in the head, I didn't even know what was right anymore. She said that he got in trouble the first time for asking for a ball back even though she denied to give it and he didn't say anything wrong but he got in trouble because she thought it was a good idea to get him in trouble and just say that he hit her. Then the second time my son had been screamed at TWICE and they were saying to take a seat because he was looking for a clean table. They then told him to sit down at a table full of trays and trash all over. They never cleaned his table so he asked for a new table and that lady said no so he asked another supervisor that was way more kind and so they moved. The first supervisor said that they weren't supposed to move even though they got permission and him and his friends got in trouble twice for no reason. And his teacher Mrs. Tanaka was really horrible because he didn't even want to go to school anymore because of the way she acted to him so she would always scream at him and he would never like it. These two shouldn't even be on this campus because of the way they both act but this school doesn't even care at all about what happens.
