The two men running the store were very rude to him, took one look at his things, and told him to get them out of the store. My son then brought in a few more items, at which time one of the guys said: "this better be good", then told him to get them out of there. BTW, my son is on the autism spectrum, and couldn't figure out why they were being so mean. Hey, guys: it's a pawn shop, not the friggin' Mayflower Society (though you'd expect that group to have at least a modicum of decorum). Be polite to your customers so that they may want to come back and buy something, ya know? We won't be back, for sure.

Jenny took her time inspecting and thoroughly testing my jewelry. I am used to someone looking quickly and making rush decisions. She grouped my items into separate piles according to purity of metal, and she explained the value of the groups to me. She went out of her way to try to take as much as she could, and apologized for what she could not take. She was incredibly professional and courteous, and when she was finished, she offered me more than what I would have received at my usual place. I highly recommend Exton Gold Buyers, especially if you are uncertain about the value of your items.
