Rather than mow the lawn to the customer's liking, Bill just tells the customer they don't understand lawn care. He leaves the grass too long so he must come back next week. No joke, I had a kid knock on my door the day after Bill mowed my lawn. The kid asked if I wanted my grass cut because it was full of dandelions. He doesn't charge much to mow, but where this con gets you is if you need a leaf pick-up or something... then he charges you out the rear. Avoid this service as Bill does not understand customer service. All he had to do in order to keep my business was lower his blade and cut the dandelions. He'd rather keep your grass on the long side so he has to keep coming out every week. This is a shady company who doesn't put the customer first. AVOID!
