I cannot believe they would treat their old clients this way. The owner said, she didn't care about what I had to say and she'd only support the people that work for her and take their word over any customer. Long story short they've blocked me from services there bcos a nail tech was uncomfortable working with me. She wouldn't tell me the reason for it and was very abrupt in her mannerism. While I understand technicians have assigned stations and that it isn't always possible, our entire group was spread throughout the salon, so none of us were able to enjoy the experience together. Unfortunately, the bigger issue was the quality of my service. My technician seemed to rush through my nails, paid very little attention to detail, and barely spoke to me during the appointment. After I got home, I noticed one side of a nail was uneven and had to file it myself. There was also quite a bit of acrylic left underneath several of my nails that I had to clean up on my own. I wish I had taken a closer look before leaving, but my technician disappeared immediately after finishing, and I didn't really have the opportunity to inspect everything. Overall, I left feeling like customer experience wasn't much of a priority. It was disappointing, especially for a special occasion like a pre-wedding appointment. I can't speak for the rest of my group, but based on my experience, I don't think I'll be returning.

Guy at front grabs the gel color swatches and hands to me then directs me to a pedicure chair in the back. I have never been here before so the process was new. She also showed me the volcano pedi menu hoo wee that would be a real treat for a special occasion but too rich for my blood. I had gel that needed to be removed and I get it that it is a bit time consuming. But daaaang the pedicure and mani took FOREVER. I appreciate a nail place taking time to have attention to detail and not rushing but this was a very long mani pedi. When the polish was removed the guy from the front took over. He smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke it was a bit of a turnoff. He did however make sure I was happy with the selection of gel color and explained that the confetti gel was clear. And that I might want a solid color under it so I chose white. It was a good choice and I am very happy with the gel color. He also shaped my fingernails very nicely. The color was applied very carefully and I have had a lot of compliments. What wasn't that great in the visit besides the long a$$ time was he cut me a few times with a very sharp tool. Near the end of the pedi he pressed down on the cut with a towel and said he has cut me and will put medicine on it. He put some white cream on the cut. The lady had also nicked me, which was disappointing. The other not so great thing was at the end when I was paying. I gave the guy a cash tip and paid for the service on a card. I was getting my keys out to leave and the guy asked if I wanted him to split the tip with the lady? What? Is that a passive aggressive way to say I needed to give another tip to the lady as well? It was a bit rude and a turnoff. Overall the gel was very nice but such a long time to get done especially when I was the only customer there most of the time.

As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect rather than subjected to nonstop rude remarks. I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon.
