I decided to treat myself to a mani and pedicure. The place I usually go was not open so I decided to try secret nails. On a positive side I haven't been there in like 17 years, since I got married. I walked in to see it was newly remodeled. I was greeted by a lady sitting in a chair, reading a magazine, who asked me what I wanted. I explained I wanted a full set and a pedicure. She sent me down to a gentleman for the pedi. And BLESS THAT MAN because I hadn't shaved my legs in a week but he was still polite and didn't speak to anyone in a different language, instead he went about doing his job. He did awesome! Now, the set. He sends me to the lady that greeted me, who seemed aggravated, like I was bothering her. I asked for acrylic but she insisted I got a gel coat because it was shiny (well a top coat of clear makes anything shiny ) so I figured, you know, it will last longer, ok. Then I ask for almond shaped.. She says okay but long, because long is pretty. I said no, short because, that's what I wanted and I've never had a full set here before. She filed away part of the skin on my ring finger, the nails have waves in them and a few are about a week away from the cuticle already. She completely stopped for about five minutes because someone came in (relative or such, had it been a customer, it wouldn't have been an issue) and started looking throughout the salon for something. Came back finished up. Now, another MAJOR issue I have with this place is, before the polish, instead of just dusting your hands of the debris off, why are they not sending you to wash your hands? I've NEVER been to a place that just brushed the dust half off and then polished... Until now. Moving on, she asked if I wanted a design and by that time I was so frustrated I just said throw something on there, leaving me with a pretty (but pink..eww) flower. So, I will not return to get my fills, perhaps for a pedi but definitely not fills and I'm giving them three stars because the pedi dude was awesome. read more

I asked for the mani pedi combo I saw on their website for $40. I received a nice pedicure, the girl did my mani in the same chair I was in for the pedi, took a total of 5 minutes. I've gone here many times and there is one guy that is friendly and does a great job. The last couple times I have gotten a lady that is a bit lazy and rushes. She had me sit with my hands in acetone for over 45 minutes and continued to help someone that came in after me (I had an appointment) the lady ended up finished and left before my dip powder was even on. When I left my hands were so dry. she didn't clean up my cuticles or apply lotion. the first picture is how I left. dry and cut up. $40 my hands should not look like this. I asked for lotion before I left and she said no. tonight my fingers are red and swollen. Very unhappy. If you're paying that much money your hands should be better than when you walked in. Although the nails themselves look nice my fingers are suffering. I did a sugar scrub on my hands when I got home because they were raw! You should leave a manicure when soft pretty hands! read more

This place is terrible! The first time I ever came in to get my nails done I paid the full price and the job that was done was so bad... My nails were smudged and sloppy and nothing at all like what I had asked for. I asked her to fix them and all she did was act super rude to me. I came back a second time hoping it would be better but I ended up having to go to the hospital because the equipment she used to give me a pedicure wasn't cleaned. So I had gotten my nails done an hour previously and the design was awful so I went to this salon to get the design finger re- done. The lady I had was really nice and told me she had to re do both my ring fingers to get the designs to look alike. She helped me color match the color I just got almost perfectly! Went here today with my daughter and granddaughter to celebrate their birthdays and have a little girl time. While they were getting pedicures, I was seated for a manicure. The technician never acknowledged me, treated me rudely and jerked my hands around, grunting at me to move them whenever they were to be moved under the gel light. Throughout the entire manicure, I was unable to join in conversation with my daughter and granddaughter because this technician spoke loudly (in another language) and laughed loudly to other technicians, drowning out any possible conversation. When I was finished, I got up to give my daughter her drink and the technician sneered at me and told me to get the rest of my things off the chair (my hands were full at the time and I was going to get them as soon as I gave my daughter her drink). I have never been subjected to such rude behavior. Needless to say, she did not receive a tip and I am a generous tipper. read more

I am so upset I came for a manicure and that was ok but then I had wanted my eyebrows waxed and I specifically asked and told them I don't like thin eyebrows and wanted to just a clean up .... you people need to learn English to understand your costumers or you need to take waxing classes because you left me with with half eyebrows !!!! Went with friend to get pedicure and had same package, different technicians. Hers lasted 15 min longer and much nicer. I asked for another coat and nail art and was ignored. He got polish on top of toe and missed spots. Technician's kids were there running around so focus was on them. Then for gel manicure got one coat, he painted my cuticles, and nails have bubbles and you can see through polish. He stated he "was in a hurry". Total waste of 65.00. Just made an appointment to get nails redone at another salon. And yes, I did say to him when he asked if my nails were OK, "I said "no" and he ignored me and left with his kids. I personally wouldn't even give it one star but it won't let me choose that option. The lady that was doing my nails was on the phone the entire time and even had the audacity to ask me to call someone for her....and that wasn't even all of it. When we finally got to the painting of the nail(which she knew the design from the start and was fine with it) she couldn't even do the design I asked for, she tried to do a small line with a normal size brush and tried fixing it so many time which just ended up smearing the paint all over. She ended up having the other nail lady do my design and while I was with her for a few minutes she pinched up my skin to get me to move my hand to dry it, rather than just asking me to put my hand in the dryer like a normal person would. I then ended up going back to the original lady I started with so she could paint my tips and she made them uneven so I asked if she could fix them since I just sat through all this bs I thought this was the least she could do especially because your paying a decent amount of money to get your nails done the way you want. Anyways she said she would file my nail down I told her repeatedly that wasn't the problem the problem was the line she drew was uneven not the nail it's self and she just kept saying she would file the nail down ‍ .Worst experience ever I will definitely not be going back. read more

I've been to this place about four times. Every time gets worse! This will be my last visit... The guy cut my feet and burned me with hot stones and towels. I screamed out in pain and his reply "oh, too hot?" Dude, you a robot? Do you know what a normal temperature feels like? The thing is I wanted a normal pedicure and he kept pushing till I said fine, give me the more expensive one. I have no idea what made this more expensive... getting burned by hot rocks doesn't seem worth it to me. Save your money and paint your own nails. Horrible rude owner and workers. Terrible service on no Chip gel. The owner applied French tip while sitting in the chair getting a manicure, she was too busy directing and greeting customers as they came in the door, wasnt paying attention to what she was doing with my nails. Literally looked like a child slathered polish on my nails. Walked out totally upset with how they looked went back after visiting another store to ask for my money back to only be told to sit back down so she could fix them, with only an hour to spare before a wedding. Told me to come back the next day to fix them. Went back the next day and the owner made me sit for an hour waiting to get them redone, and then proceeded to tell me to pick out a solid color because Iam too picky for white tips. After 3 days of the solid color being on they started chipping. I proceeded to go back in to ask for my money back and they the owner said we do not refund, only fix. Told me to sit down and painted over the chips and stuck it back under the light. Now they are creased and ridged and again look like a child painted them! No skill at all! Went in for a new set and had a bandaid over my left pinky from skinning right under the cuticle on something the day before. I told her to be VERY careful around that nail and she was in the beginning. A couple of times she answered her phone and I could tell she was in a hurry because she had to go get her kid from somewhere. We were good until she got the orange buffer out and started to buffer like normal over the OPEN WOUND. I pulled my hand back and yelled in pain and was in tears. As embarrassing as that was with a salon full of other people, I couldn't stop. She kept trying to pull my hand back to finish and I said "No, you're going to wait because it hurts and I told you to be careful." She said she was sorry and forgot. She left and handed me off to another girl who was nice and did a good job and was very careful. At the end she told me the price and I asked if I could get a discount because of what the first woman did. This girl went over to a younger guy and said $5. I asked if that was it. He was very rude and asked what I wanted to pay. I said I would do half since I informed her to be careful and I clearly was in more pain than simply being nicked by the drill. He said "You know what, you pay nothing and you not come back." Fine by me to be kicked out to not deal with that ever again. read more

I will never go here again! Wasted $85.00. I went in for a gel fill and gel paint and was seated at chair number 1. I was offered some pretty nail paint called the cats eye, looked cool and thought why not. Fill was okay, but when it came to shaping them with the drill tool my cuticles were all torn up. She was in too much of a hurry. The base paint was a neon hot pink color and was slopped on my finger nails in such a hurry that I had paint all over my cuticles and sides of my nails and skin. Then the dark/purple color was applied and was also a sloppy job. I seriously thought that my paint job was done by a 5 year old child. I could of done a better job myself. I asked her if she could clean them up a bit and she replied by saying ... "after a few days paint will rub off" I was so upset by this. She said can you come back tomorrow when I have more time? I said no, I'm on my way out of town for work and I said you need to fix this, so she slopped on another layer of the darker paint. What was supposed to be a purple color cat's eye is now a brown bronze. Upon my arrival home I had to clean up around my nails myself and soak my hands in hot water to try to clean the hot pink color up. Im still so upset that after $85.00 my nails continue to look like crap. I would recommend to stay away from this place if possible. read more

I went in here because I have heard good things and I have also heard horrible things. So I wanted to see for myself. I walk in and tell her I wanted acrylic nails. So she comes over and she looks at me and says "eyebrows too?" So I said "...sure" she does my nails and truly I've had worse service but it wasn't so good. She cut my skin and made them extremely red. I get done and she says "okay follow her and she will do your eyebrows" I'm thinking "great!!" I get in the back and they girl screwed up my freaking eyebrows!!!!!!! They are so far apart and so thin I can not believe it. (Btw I do have nicely chapped eyebrows as long as they are cleaned up.) I went in for a gel manicure with a friend. I signed in and I was seated right away. The guy that did my nails obviously did not care, and looked like he didn't want to be there. Without my permission, the guy cut my nail when I wanted to keep them long. After that, I said just to trim them so I could keep them long without looking stupid with the nail he cut so short. He didn't listen to me, and cut them shorter than the first nail! And STILL filed them. At this point I was already frustrated. Then, he continued to file the rest of my nails, finishes one hand, but then gets to the other and completely cuts one of my fingers. When he started, I flinched back because of the pain, and he even asked me if I was okay, and I said yeah. He understood that I was in pain. I thought he would be more careful after that. But the guy continued to file the same finger even though I was already bleeding. I was in a lot of pain and bleeding. Then he cut my cuticles afterwards. On the SAME finger he cut while filing, he over cut my cuticle and cut me. Then I started bleeding again. ON THE SAME FINGER. I was very upset and in pain that I was just ready to leave. But being with my friend, I couldn't. He began to paint my nails, but the color was completely different from the color I picked out. What I wanted was a dark plum, instead I got a basic Crayola purple. After everything was done, he still wanted to charge me $35 for my bloody manicure. Walked to the register, ready to take my money. I looked at him like he was insane. I'm not one to cause a scene or refuse payment, but I would not give this man my money for completely butchering my finger. When I told him I wasn't going to pay it, he called someone else up to talk to me. When I showed the lady my finger, even SHE flinched at my scarred finger. She understood and did not make me pay for the manicure. I walked back to the table to gather my things and wait for my friend, and he still lingered around as if waiting for a tip. I was going not to tip that man. Afterwards, he left and sat in a corner on a pedicure/massage chair and fell asleep in front of everyone in the store. I was completely unhappy. I sat there waiting for my friend to finish. My friend also did not like her color at all and the person who did her nails ALSO cut her.
