Took him almost an hour for a fill and during the drilling and filing phase I was cut and bleeding on at least 4 of my 10 fingers. Needless to same very sore and swollen. When the last owner left it got worse and then a couple of months ago, their best nail techs left to go somewhere else. I miss Danny and Lee!! Although I typically don't like to give negative reviews, this one was a must. Not only did my nails turn out awful, but the service I experienced during my appointment was also the worst I've ever had. To make matters worse, my nail tech was Lisa the owner. I was truly disgusted by the horrible customer service I received. During my appointment, Lisa was very hostile with a very rude demeanor. Upon the start of my nails, I took a look at them before she went any further to make sure I was happy with the work. Since I was not happy with the way they were looking I asked her If she could fix them moving forward--- but she became very offended and responded in an angry rude manner that it was too late to do anything because she as on nail #2. I do not believe this is true, as most nail techs want to fix the mistake instead of moving forward. Since her attitude became hostile, I was so upset that I began to cry. I was so at aw at the poor service I was receiving. I am not a rude customer and don't believe I was asking for too much. At this point, I asked her If she could just finish my nails so I could pay and go. Instead, she did not apologize once, and instead assigned another person to take her place. She moved to another location across from me and started speaking poorly (in her language) with the other employees. Also, before starting my nails she told me that the set I was requesting was going to be very expensive and if I was sure almost as if she didn't believe I had the money or could pay it. As if she was racial profiling. My response was that I didn't any care to pay for a service as long as the service was good and done well. Their prices do not justify their work. I left feeling shitty because of the service I received, and because my nails look awful. I will never come here again. I hope in the future no other customers are treated as poorly as I was. As a Professional in customer service myself, I did not believe this was the type of attitude or response appropriate for a business, especially from the owner to a paying customer. I went to Spa Annabella as a walk-in on 10/17/2019. When I asked if I could get in for a pedicure and a no-chip manicure, I received blank looks and finally was told to pick a color. I had about 10 seconds before someone took me over to do a no-chip manicure so I picked what I thought was a burgundy color. Apparently it was only burgundy on the sample because my color is fire engine red instead. The gel was put on so thick that it literally burned my fingernails and looks splotchy. Afterwards, she led me to the pedicure area but matched my nail color instead of letting me pick a toenail color. My no-chip manicure has been anything but no chip - it honestly looks terrible two weeks later when I normally get my no-chip redone every three weeks because of growth. All in all, I've never had a manicure or pedicure this terrible. Avoid at all costs. Editing to add that I ended up with both a skin infection on my big toe (which hurt like hell) and fungus on my toenails. I have NEVER had anything like this previously and am honestly so disgusted. Don't go here!!! Staff is rude, work stations are not clean, and they are extremely unorganized. I have been to this place twice and I will never go back. The 1st time I went the greeter acted as if it was her first day working. They took me back for a pedicure immediately. Once finished I was escorted to the manicure side and sat for an hour and a half waiting for someone to start on my nails. I asked for a palm tree design which ended up looking more like a Bonsai tree. The polish lasted with no chips for over 2 weeks so I thought I would try and go again and skip getting a design. This time I wanted ombre. I picked a ombre color off of their color wheel that was a dark pink into white. The nail tech rudely said she could not do the color I picked and wanted me to pick a different color. I asked her what color she could do that was a pink into white. She continued to act rude to me, treating me like I was an inconvenience to her and she could not tell me what color she could do. I was not asking for anything that was uncommon. I told her that I have never been treated with such poor customer service at a nail salon and I left. I am still in shock by how I was treated!!! I ended up going to a different nail salon and got exactly what I wanted (pink into white ombre) in less that 30 min by the nicest sweetest nail tech. DO NOT GO HERE!!! My daughter just got charged $117 for a gel pedicure and manicure. The manicure has 2 gel nails and a press on butterfly design. This is ridiculous. Her friend was there too and got a pedicure and was cut multiple times and was pretty sure they didn't use a clean cart of tools when they wheeled the cart over. That is beyond gross!!!! Her friend said that she kept punching her legs and popping her toes when she pulled them and laughed every time. I hope they do not get any fungal or bacterial infections!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. First and foremost, I was charged $110 for a pedicure and fill which if you price compare, basically any other salon is cheaper. Secondly, we called to book our appointment which we were advised that we could walk in and receive services upon arrival- not the case. We waited an hour before receiving any service. We easily could have booked our appointment and came back but instead were positioned to sit there and wait for an undetermined time frame. Received pedicures which were nice. Then when we started in on manicures, my friend (who is very laid back and easy going) was about ready to physically attack the nail tech (young, full sleeve tattooed) because she was aggressive, repeatedly injuring my friend and highly argumentative. The whole thing was a complete scene to the other customers and my friend offered to pay whatever necessary in order to leave immediately. I additionally offered her my nail tech in order for her to complete her manicure which was denied. It was awful and completely painful and I'm disgusted we had to pay the amount that we did. I must say, not impressed at all. Took a friend for a pedicure for the first time at Spa Annabella...lacked alot. We made appointments the day prior, still awaited 30 minutes to get in at 6 p.m.. This is on a Tuesday, not a weekend. Could not have the color polish we wanted, selection was low. Not sure the reason why??? Prices are much higher than prior to covid, so we thought the service would be better. Wrong! It is not about the price, it was to relax and have a great coversation with a friend, and get our toes looking good. Only part happened, good friend! The older man who did the pedicure was not GENTLE at all, it acutally hurt. I expressed this to him, he just finished up, hurried, painted and left. No putting your shoes back on with wet toes, no dryers, just out. Not the best time, and we both now will not go back. This last time I made an appointment and came in and they decided they just didn't want to do what I asked. They asked for a different picture because the lady available couldn't do what I asked. This is the worst salon I have ever been to! Our appointment was at 6:30, at 7:15 we were told to sit at a nail station. One of the nail techs was painting a customer's nails while loudly reprimanding her children on the phone making it extremely uncomfortable for the customers. The same nail tech preceded to argue with me when I questioned why she was taking a customer that came in after me first. I came here to get dip nails and they filed my nail down so much to get off my previous sip that my nails were flimsy, paper thin. He could barely file them because they were bending so badly. Never has this happened before at my salon back home in Ohio. So I come here again to soak it off and ask them to please not ruin my nails more by using the file too much. They keep insisting that soaking it off takes too long. It's my time... I'm sitting here... you guys don't have to do anything but let me sit here. So why can't you just let me soak them off? I am only giving two stars because my nails look decent. However this is the second time I have gone to the salon and had a bad experience. The first time I went I had an appointment was sat down five minutes after my appointment with Jenny. This did not bother me as they were busy but what bothered me was Jenny's attitude! She was yanking my arms the entire time because she was sitting far away from the desk and I could not physically get any closer, not only that but she cut multiple cuticles of mine like actually cut them with the Dremel to the point where they were bleeding! Personally I felt like she purposely cut my cuticles because I wasn't able to move closer to her. And because she didn't want to do my Dip nails. Now the second time I made an appointment a week in advance requested Lisa because I did not want Jenny touching my hands anymore. My appointment was scheduled for 1:15 I sat in the lobby until 1:45 and watched two walk-ins get sat down before me and I was placed with someone that I did not request to do my nails. Why is it that someone who is responsible enough to make an appointment a week in advance made to watch two people who walked in get seated before they did. Since when do walkins go above appointments and why did I even bother making an appointment? What is the point in making an appointment if I was going to sit there till 1:45 when my appointment was at 1:15. The sheer unprofessionalism of this place is absolutely ridiculous. Worst experience EVER. I had been getting my nails done here for last few months and never had a problem until today. I had a full set of nails put on 2 weeks ago and all but 3 popped off. When I came in today to have them fixed, I was assigned some new dude who proceeded to rip off the remaining 3. His "technique" left me with bloody nail beds and extreme pain!! March 27th, 2021, I called last minute to get my sister and I in. We decided to do a girls day and get our nails done.. both feet and hands. The receptionist was AMAZING! We had an appointment at 5pm. We walked in and checked in. We were told that they were running 15 minutes behind. Which we thought no biggy. Well we sat there for an hour before we even got in to get our nails done. We started with our pedicure, so I told her what I wanted, she refused to do the design because she didn't know how, which I comprised because not everyone can do designs. Well she asked if I wanted no chip on my toes or basic. I told her basic and she chose to do a no chip....a bit odd. She finally took me over to start my manicure and showed her the colors. There was only 4 different colors and she refused to do "too many different colors". The nails only lasted 1 week. I was so upset about the nails. I have been coming to this salon for months and never had an issue until today. 2 weeks ago I came here and got a set of nails with dip powder. Today, I came in and said I needed a fill. The lady who did my nails today (she was also the one who did them 2 weeks ago) argued with me several times and said I had acrylic on my nails. I told her multiple times that I had dip on my nails and I could show her the colors she used on me last time. She became frustrated and ended up being rough with my nails. She didn't do the dip using the brush and just dipped my nails into the powder and they came out uneven and they didn't even put the gel topcoat on my nails like they always do. I will never EVER be a customer at this salon again. So disappointed because I come to this place very often and did not expect to be treated like this. read more

It's very clean and spacious. The receptionist was friendly. However the staff not as much. They seemed rushed even though there isn't a lot of people when we went. I went with my mother and the nail tech was very JUDGMENTAL! She didn't approve of my mother's nail color ( it was light ) she tried to change it.. then she made a comment about her eyebrows.. rude in my opinion. Overall not Professional!!!!!! If I could give it 0 I would. We called and make an appointment for 6:30 which was the time they gave us to come. We show up at 6:20. At 7:15 we still were not taken in for our appointment. One of the workers sat on her phone talking to her kids giving them a list of chores to get done telling them they need to get it done in a timely manner. Ironic for someone who's 45 minutes late. We begged for them to soak our nails in the mean time to jump start this delayed process and we kept being told "she's coming from in back" or "they're almost done".
