One time, I was exhausted when I arrived late at night, and I misplaced my car keys after I set up my tent. I discovered they were missing in the morning and kind of panicked. But when I walked back to my car, I found the keys sticking out of the keyhole in the trunk... They'd been there all night and all morning, in full view of everyone who walked by the main building, and nobody touched them!
