Sam (the front desk) was welcoming. 3 - Go up to our room and the AC is broken. Sam and the maintenance engineer worked quickly to try and fix the issue. We wound up having to change rooms. 4 - The rooms were outdated. The beds were uncomfortable. The bathrooms were in dire need of a proper cleaning and the grouting needed to be replaced. If it wasn't for how great Sam and the rest of the staff were? This would have been a much lower rating. I cannot recommend this location till the rooms are updated. It almost feels like their focus is more on their restaurant and bar than their rooms.
