Went there for our son's birthday dinner. The service was very good and the food and interior of the restaurant was just as good. I had the Prime Rib Dipper which was prime rib with grilled onions and Swiss cheese on a toasted cheddar roll and a large dish to dip it in the french onion Au Jus. The sandwich comes with American cheese, but I highly recommend asking for for Swiss cheese. The sandwich was so good, I will be heading back for another one soon. My family and I came here after taking kids to the movies. Brittany was our waitress and she did a wonderful job! We have ate here a few different times over the last few months as this location has become one of our go to places locally. The food was cooked to perfection and came out hot and fresh. My favorite meal is the bourbon street chicken and shrimp with the mashed potatoes. My wife gets the trio appetizer for her meal and loves it. Our boys got the chicken tenders, chicken fettuccine alfredo, and another trio meal(he likes the leftovers). The environment is always friendly and welcoming. Ordered a bacon cheeseburger...had no bacon. Ordered a burger, no bun and no cheese...came with cheese. Patties on all burgers were dry. Very sad looking lettuce. Fries were OK. Sides of onion rings and broccoli were very small. Other issues with Door Dash but not Applebee's fault. Contacted the restaurant and they wrote down my concerns and took my number. I would not recommend this location based upon the slow inattentive service. We were seated promptly yet we waited for our server while others just stood around. The best part is the late night hours being open. They do have great 1/2 price appetizers after 9pm. The food is pretty good for the price. I have 4+ years experience with being a hostess and the way my friends and I were treated by them were something I couldn't ever imagine doing to a customer. Recently I ordered the $3.50 Marguerite that I had had last week to go with my dinner. When the Marguerite arrived I said that it wasn't what I got last week. The waitress assured me that it was a perfect Marguerite for the perfect customer. When the bill arrived I was billed for $9. I reminded the waitress that I had asked for the $3.50 drink. She said she could not change the price but had the manager come to my table. After a discussion as outlined above he said he would adjust the bill. When it arrived he had deducted only $3.50. As far as the service, our dude was great (Matthew I believe). However, the kitchen needs to get it together. Ordered the 3 for 10 APP deal, 2 beer cheese Pretzles, and 1 wonton. 1 of the beer cheese dips was completely cold. We didn't use that one, and used the other shot was room temp. I then ordered a Chicken Finger platter, buffalo style. The first plate they brought to me literally looked like they took the chicken finger scraps, fried them, tossed them and threw them on a plate. I asked the waiter about it, he said he would take it back to check with the kitchen. The floor manager brought the second plate out and it didn't look much different, maybe just less small scraps. I didn't want the server to get annoyed with me, it wasn't his fault, so I just kept it. The picture is what the kitchen sent to me as a correction- it looked like the same chicken and fries. Don't get the chicken tender platter- you'll be disappointed. You're better off ordering a massive plate of fries with a side of chicken scraps. read more

The last time I went there I ordered one of the more expensive plates and of course, the fries barely covered a portion of my plate. I know not to go there if I'm really hungry.
