No explanation or no one checking in to let me know there was a delay. Made me late for another appointment I had scheduled. Today just took the cake. I received a bill for services performed on January 27th. I paid upfront & again when leaving because they had to do "more than anticipate". Then 8 months later they are trying to bill me again almost half as much again as what I've already paid them.

But, the experience doesn't stop there! What a beautiful office! Everything is so clean and comfortable. Speaking of comfortable, they have a comfort menu! What?! They take customer service to an entirely different level! The doctors are both phenomenal, personable, kind, caring, and funny! The assistants are amazing and you can tell they truly care about you. I booked an appointment for 3/19/25 for 10:00AM for a cleaning. I was sent a link to complete upon…read moremy arrival. I completed the link and when I arrived the time was 9:50am and I asked the front desk personnel how much would my cleaning be and informed her I didn't have insurance. She went to ask the office manager Kim, and returned and told me it would be $79. I was called to the back by a hygienist and she told me she had to take x rays and then proceeded to probe my gums and she showed me my x rays and we talked about some tarter build up and she informed me that I would need a deep cleaning. Which I wasn't shocked because I've had deep cleanings in the past. She then called Dr. White in and he looked over my x rays and did a probe of his own and agreed with a deep cleaning. Side bar: The hygienist was very thorough and detailed. No complaints with her at all. My problem arose after she told me I could have a seat in the front and wait on the office manager to book my follow up appointment. I asked her if I wasn't getting a cleaning today and she responded and told me no that I would require more time. I was confused but wanted to speak with the front office to see what my options were being that I scheduled and paid for a cleaning. I go back to the front and wait for about 25minutes and was called to the back. The office manager informed me that I wasn't getting a cleaning today and that I only paid for a comprehensive exam which initially is $360 but they were running a $79 special. I then asked her why wasn't I informed of this prior to paying for my "cleaning" and was told it must was a communication mishap. Then I went on to ask her how much will my deep cleaning be and she told me $1380. I am flabbergasted because I've never paid no more than $600 for a deep cleaning. At this point she became very condescending with her remarks. She didn't acknowledge the fact that I wasn't informed I was paying for a comprehensive exam and not a cleaning. I strongly feel that I should have been told upfront that I wasn't paying for a cleaning but for an exam. I've never scheduled a cleaning and left an office without some sort of cleaning. Even if they didn't have time for a deep cleaning, I honestly felt as though I should have been offered a basic cleaning or at least some floss or a toothbrush I feel scammed honestly. I'm willing to bet that I'm not the only person this has happened to. A better upfront clear communication strategy needs to be implemented with this establishment. I ended up being in the office for a total of 2 hours and left with a photo copy of my X-rays and no itemized receipt.

He's on the road with a band on tour, and they were only going to be in Daphne today for a few hours starting at 2pm. Early this morning, his temporary filling from his dentist in LA shifted in a bad way. (Not the dentist's fault at all; my bf should have gone back to his dentist by now, but he's always on the road. It's a problem.) Receptionist was awesome. Squeezed him in for 4:30. At 5:15 my boyfriend texted me: "The dentist was great! Super nice man. They were all so nice. My tooth feels really good and comfortable." He paid out-of-pocket (no dental insurance) and it was very reasonable. (About half the amount that I'd guessed.) It was such a good feeling, being able to send him to a brand new place (new city, don't know anyone) and have him taken care of so well. I'm so thankful to yelp and for people like this dentist and receptionist, who really listen and care and just make life better.

However, Dr…read more Grantham found a crack in one of my teeth and was really concerned about some upcoming orthopedic surgery I had planned. He said my cracked tooth would keep me from being ready for my hip replacement due to the risk of infection, etc. So he quickly made an early morning appointment for me for just a few days later. He extracted the tooth and I didn't feel anything! I never was sore or swollen. Of course, my face was numb for a few hours but other than that I had no problems whatsoever. He did a great job. I have used him for many years and will stick with him forever as long as he practices. I highly recommend him and his wonderful staff. They are superb.

But I did notice a project print in the corner where they will be building and moving to a new building. I've never used this dentist but my husband had a tooth he needed pulled. We sat and watched Matlock while we waited for his medicine to kick in. Free coffee and waters were available in the lobby. A lot of dentists will refuse to pull them and send you to an oral surgeon but Grantham did a great job. The staff is what really won me over. They were kind, caring and in a great mood. You just couldn't talk to them without smiling. Dr. Grantham took great care of my husband and gave incredible instructions on how to care for him. They even sent us home with a little care package with gauze and chicken noodle soup. The Gatorade they gave my husband after his sedation was "the best Gatorade he ever had." It was a new flavor, Intense Blue Cherry and I couldn't find it anywhere. I called the office and the sweet nurses told me exactly where I could buy it. I HIGHLY recommend this office and will definitely be returning.
