During this year, I also realized Greg runs a niche Networking Group that meets to provide resources for the elderly (insurance, elder law, transportation, home health care, hospice & palliative, technology, and many other resources. One thing you'll like about Greg that you won't get with nationwide referral agencies is that he does his homework for the potential senior in need, and finds the 2-3 best options for the family. There are no pushy sales tactics, just offering the best for the family and leaving at that. Greg was also nice enough to do a marketing/tour video for my Community, which helped showcase our Community within a minute. I would certainly recommend his services! After the first appraisal we had $25K of exterior decking done along with some interior/exterior painting, so I would naturally expect an even higher number than our first appraisal. Unfortunately it was $75k lower. While I do realize appraisals will have variances due to different views, I do feel that the first appraiser spent more time measuring and looking over the home as well as providing appropriate comps. I also felt like Chestatee Appraisals became defensive or possibly negative to me when I had questions about the comps. I was going to share the comps I pulled up, but decided to let it go after being on the phone a with them to avoid anymore negativity.

My child is developmentally behind and they were willing to give us a chance. we fell in love with this team right away. they were very hands on with our child and everyone knew him. all staff and children alike. they provided up with excellent feedback when there were times that were a little tougher, which happens in this work. they worked with us to collaborate on solutions and ideas. they were very inclusive with him and other children and even let him do his thing. they knew he was special and the children knew but did not care. he was their friend. Marci's team was absolutely amazing and provided such excellent care it was heartbreaking to leave due to relocation. All the staff was sad to see him go but was very supportive. they were all very hands on and believed in educating all children at their pace. we thank you all for your support and taking care of our child so well. it will be a challenge to find a new area after all these amazing and wonderful people. My son was anxious and emotional about starting school, and both Ms. Brandy (the director) and Ms. Stephanie (the assistant director) went above and beyond to help him adjust. There were days they literally had to coax him out of the car -- with patience, kindness, and so much heart. Their compassion meant the world to us. Fast forward to today, and now he can't wait to go to school! He runs inside every morning with a huge smile, and before leaving each day, he insists on hugging all his teachers and friends, that's how much he loves being there. Every teacher and staff member radiates warmth, positivity, and genuine care. You can tell they love what they do. They've created an environment where every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated, and that energy extends to parents, too. Even on my busiest mornings, I leave feeling lighter and happier after interacting with the staff. Their kindness is truly contagious.
