I chose this company based on reviews even though they were far and away more expensive than every…read moreother company. When the gentleman showed up in an unmarked car with a small machine he plugged into the wall, that should have been a clue. it doesn't even look as good as when I do it myself with my home carpet cleaner. usually when we have the carpets and upholstery done the house smells really fresh and clean. Everything smells the same. I no have to do it over again a week before we have a house full of people and we are out a lot more money than we should have been. Steer clear. This is NOT professional carpet cleaning.
