This company allowed us to fund our loan March 18 and as of May 9 we still have not moved in. It was promised to be delivered vacant by the realtors, and no one, including downtown financial thought pertinent to ask for that proof before closing or funding the loan. They also required very pertinent information to be left off of closing paperwork. We reached out to Victoria, the CEO of the company. She only pointed fingers at the paperwork we signed, and the things we had to do towards making loan payments, even though we are not living in the purchased home most of which we already knew. She took no responsibility for her company or Joseph or showed any empathy for our horrible situation. We did email her later and went unanswered. These are NOT fiduciaries Certainly weren't ours! My brother and his girlfriend made the big mistake in trusting Victoria. Long story short she was irresponsible in filing paperwork and initially told them they were pre approved for a certain amount. Escrow fell through after 3 long months of waiting. Victoria saw two first time buyers and took full advantage of my brother's inexperience of all the logistics of buying a home. This company are scammers. The buyer ended up keeping all the down payment so now my brother and his girlfriend are out of THOUSANDS of dollars AND left with no home because of Victoria's carelessness. Back story: First week of December we found a house and the goal was to try to close before the 31st.
