The whole inside of the store was cleared out! Disappointed, I looked up eyebrow threading places near me. Sure enough, this place was the first to pop up. I called the store and explained my situation. I'm very picky about who touches my eyebrows. Camille, the store owner, put me at ease and invited me to come in right away and she would make sure my eyebrows were perfect. As soon as I stopped in, she was so welcoming and the shop was very clean. We had a nice conversation, and she shared some tips with me on how to keep my eyebrows cleaned up. Although a little on the pricier side, I won't go anywhere else from now on! Not to mention, this place is 5 minutes down the road from me. Highly recommend!

I've been coming to Angels salon for 3/4 years now and the salon is welcoming, clean, professional, and overall just an awesome place to come pamper yourself. Angels attention to detail is nothing short of amazing and she is ALWAYS willing to listen and understand what my expectations are. I have had my lashes and eyebrows done by her, ginger and Ali, and I will never go anywhere else. Their knowledge and experience has allowed me to feel comfortable and confident that my natural lashes will not be destroyed (as they have been in the past by other salons) and that I will always leave with perfect lashes and brows. I honestly drive 45 min to come here because Spoolie and Mane is just that great. They are all very personable and I have never heard the salon "quiet" to the point of it being "uncomfortable". I was given an attitude and called a liar. I had the emails to prove my appointment time and that someone changed my time slot. The manger called me and defended her front desk staff saying they would never do such a thing. In business, this is not how to run a successful company. The wax specialist I saw was good but because of the front desk staff and manager, I definitely will not be buying wax passes or services in this location.

Upon entering, she first did a brow consultation with me. She showed me what she was planning on doing and why. I had some suggestions of my own which she accepted and also made suggestions. She knows which brows work well for each face / type so it was very helpful to have her suggest what she would do based on how you do your makeup, etc. Her studio is very clean and tidy. She even showed me how sterile her one-use tools were. This was great since technically she would be making small cuts into my skin, and you want to make sure it's as clean as possible. She's very professional and skilled as I had relatively little pain with the treatment. As soon as she noticed any discomfort, she was quick to apply more numbing cream, and was able to continue the procedure with no issue. She is also great about letting you know what to do over the next few days as your brows heal. She gives some ointment and even some bandages, so you don't accidentally scratch the brows as they're healing. Overall, you really get full service treatment with her.. I highly recommend her if you're in the market for getting your brows done!
