My mother doesn't speak fluent English and I translate for her but somehow within the first 5 minutes Lareina deciphered exactly what my mom wanted done. Then she got to work. Between 1:30pm and 9:44pm, she completed a color correction on my mom that absolutely flabbergasted me. Not once did her smile or conversation falter and the extremely pleasant salon assistant Kim was just as great!! I am so so so pleased. Beyond my expectations. My mom was BEAMING. Side note: my mother has really bad anxiety and can't sit anywhere for longer than an hour yet she sat in that salon chair for 8 hours and never felt stressed and was so relaxed.
