I felt this was very generous and appreciated the gesture. I returned and was serviced by Rose. I really like the look of my new lashes and was informed that my dissatisfaction may have been due to a misunderstanding. My first appointment started late and therefore the lash tech was not able to discuss the lash options, lengths and curls. She applied what she felt was appropriate for my natural lashes. I would recommend upgrading to the "laser lashes" as they gave me the glam look I was looking for. I personally did not feel the standard "glam" 60 lashes per eye was enough. Come in to the salon with clear expectations that you communicate to your tech.

I lay down she realized by looking at my full long lashes that simply needed a touch up she wasn't going to be able to do it cuz she refuses to invest in stock and options. So because she didn't have my lenth ... she went in and ripped my lashes out telling me they were all old ones (my last fill was 1o days ago) and then she CUT down the rest of them. She then puts some lashes in and tells me she has to charge me for a 3 week fill and not 2 because she filled me to the brim after pulling out old lashes. At the time I still don't care. She finishes, I walked in with mega volume lashes and nowww I have patches missing and one eye is longer then the other. I paid 115 dollars to walk in with fuller lashes then i left with! For a holiday again im LIVID. Danielle should be ashamed of herself! ... I had to make another appt with my Sam S at Laina Luxe salon on feet Thursday.. abs im actually scared and embarrassed for her too see what this woman did to my lashes ! And tell her what she charged me. Originally I thought I…read morewas getting a lash lift for a bachelorette trip turned into a two month journey of restoring my lashes back to health. June 17th, i went for a lash lift and tint. I've gotten a few before elsewhere so I know what to expect. I should've known something was off when she opted to not put pads under my eyes, which, spoil alert, burnt my bottom lash line. The service went longer and hurt more than usual. The final result shocked me and my eyes burned like never before. She brought be to the sink the wash out my eyes (I'm thinking you can't put water on a lash lift for 24 hrs!!). Immediately after going home, my lashes are dried and began to shed. I looked in the mirror and had a JUMP SCARE!!!! I reached out for a remedy or refund in which they applied that my dissatisfaction was "subjective". This is far past not liking the look, and more the service caused damage to my eyes. The tip of my lashes have been rubbing against my eye lid for two months. After being gaslit from this business saying stuff like "we told you they were not extensions"... (how is that a response to saying a lash lift was over processed), I went to a professional Lash tech called Lash Boss in Marlboro. All techs surrounded me with disgust. They looked at my lashes and said they have never seen lashes done so bad before. They were too brittle, damaged and over processed to even touch without all my lashes falling out. They recommended I waited two months before they could fix them. Everyday for two months, I have brushed castor oil on them, hoping that would heal them. My lashes looked exactly the same for the full two months, the techs were shocked! Everyday I received comments on how my lashes looked strange, stuck together, or just simply frizzy they looked. But at last, Lash Boss saved the day, just days before I'm in a wedding to relax my lashes. Now i can finally put mascara on again or put fake lashes on since I physically was unable to for the past 2 months. I get mistakes happen, but as an establishment you need to take accountability and own up to your mistakes instead of chat GPTing a BS response. I was blamed for having sensitive eyes, when I've had no problem in the past. The tech, Pree even admitted she left the chemicals on for longer because i had "strong" lashes, already mis-using the product. At the end she didn't even fully get the dye off my eyes. The proof is in the photos. Who pays $150 to have their eyelashes burnt off. I would not recommend this place my worst enemy. Just go to trained lash tech professionals and save yourself a headache.

For my lashes, I asked for very natural lashes just a minor enhancement from my real lashes but I ended up looking like Betty Boop. I was expecting 100% 1:1 lash extensions but ended up with mainly clusters which is the reason the extensions do not look natural. For my eyebrows, they were threaded and tinted. I didn't realize my brows were threaded so thinly because the tint disguised this fact. Also, the tint dye irritated my skin. I will not return to this location because I cannot take the strong smoke smell.

Today I had the HIFU 7D procedure and the result was amazing and way better than what I expected. It was vistually painless and my skin feels so much better, smoother and tighter. Upon entering, she first did a brow consultation with me. She showed me what she was planning on doing and why. I had some suggestions of my own which she accepted and also made suggestions. She knows which brows work well for each face / type so it was very helpful to have her suggest what she would do based on how you do your makeup, etc. Her studio is very clean and tidy. She even showed me how sterile her one-use tools were. This was great since technically she would be making small cuts into my skin, and you want to make sure it's as clean as possible. She's very professional and skilled as I had relatively little pain with the treatment. As soon as she noticed any discomfort, she was quick to apply more numbing cream, and was able to continue the procedure with no issue. She is also great about letting you know what to do over the next few days as your brows heal. She gives some ointment and even some bandages, so you don't accidentally scratch the brows as they're healing. Overall, you really get full service treatment with her.. I highly recommend her if you're in the market for getting your brows done!
