I did have some challenges with getting out of the parking lot after returning to car. It is a bit confusing on how to get out due to poor signage in my opinion but ultimately figuring it out. All in All it is very easy to get into DC on the train however, after events it can be super crowded. I would recommend added a Tap option for an easy way to pay to get on the train. Will definitely be riding again

The metro is always so clean and I find it usually runs on time. There is usually only one station attendant here, and there is a bathroom but they need to unlock it for you. The station also connects to Marc on the lower level. It currently only runs Green line, but is set to alternate green and yellow in December 2025. I wish they'd expand the green line farther north to Laurel, Jessup, or Dorsey station.

OMG, she was so pleasant and helpful, she patiently took care of my documents and gave clear instructions, at the same time assisted other customers just as efficiently and friendly as she did me. It is refreshing to receive this type of service AGAIN! I have gone to several USPS locations in Rockville, Bethesda, Kensington, College Park and now Beltsville. I have to say the service and tone of this Beltsville location is superior than the others. I say it's refreshing because in today's world the type of service we receive is horrible. It's absolutely horrible to call any business for assistance and receive appropriate service. We're lucky to get a person on the phone and one who can actually resolve the issue.
