I think when these out of the way places open, there is a need to do better good, better service and threat the customers special. I have been here before for a men's haircut and it was excellent. I was met by a woman working the phone who seemed like she had no interest in getting my appointment scheduled. Last time they got me in within a few days so I started seeing if they had anything available. She responded "our schedule is extremely booked up so you have to book further in advance". Which is fine however, I then asked for multiple different dates and was just met with no after no. She did not attempt to explain what dates were available or try to find one that worked for the both of us. Towards the end of the conversation she started laughing (not sure if it was towards me) but given her unwillingness to get an appointment booked I was pretty dumbfounded and decided to take my business elsewhere which is a shame because I live 3 minutes from here.
