I've been aware of Ann's Bra Shop for many years, but had never been there. I knew from friends that they were very helpful. I finally went there! There was a sign in sheet for those who needed help with a fitting as opposed to those just shopping. I signed in and only had to wait a few minutes before someone was available to help me. I was asked what I needed help with and I explained my needs and likes/dislikes. I was taken to a dressing room and measured. Then I was brought literally the perfect bra for me! I was very impressed! The bras needed to be ordered so we took care of that and we were finished. I couldn't believe how fast and easy the whole process was! I was also really surprised at how many bras and swimsuits were in the store! I would be really surprised if someone couldn't find a bra there that worked for them. Also - a shout out to Sarah L. for her help and for making the entire process much easier than I thought it would be! I'll definitely go back when I need to get more new bras!

I developed a brand called "boobtique" for women to get what they need for their breast cancer journey when they don't know what they need. I'm still completing my brand with my wellness studio in Ballwin called Elevate wellness studio as well as owning two OsteoStrong facilities in the St. Louis area. I am also a portrait of hope for the ACS. In April 2026 I needed another reconstruction and went to Ann's bra shop 3 days after surgery to get the bra(s) I needed. I told my husband on the way there - I just want you with me to help me - I know what we need and I don't want anyone else helping us; you're my support system and I want you with me. He said. "Ok. I got you!" NOBODY greeted us when we talked in. NOBODY asked us if we needed help. NOBODY told us where fitting rooms were. We chose 4 bras and went into the dressing rooms that appeared open to the public. My husband helped me and then when I needed a different size he went to go get it for me. This is a very emotional time for a woman and scars and lack of mobility are a real thing. They told my husband he had to leave the dressing room after they came in with I had no clothes on my upper body. They didn't ask to come in or anything. They made my husband leave. I sat down on the bench all alone in the dressing room. I started breaking down into tears bc I didn't want to feel alone and I didn't want a stranger to help me. I needed my husband who was my support system. We were not told there was a special private room. We were not told anything. I bought one bra, simply because it was the day before Easter and I needed one to wear to church tomorrow that wasn't uncomfortable and now I'll buy the rest elsewhere. I was left feeling alone, sad and unsupported and no questions were asked on how to make me feel more comfortable. I will never be back. I own my own business where I deal with survivors all the time and I will not refer anyone your way because you do not make me feel comfortable or supported. I do not need a response from you defending yourself - I wasn't greeted at your facility, I didn't know the protocol and nobody asked if we needed help. I suggest you work on your company culture. She informed me she couldn't refund me and I'd have to come back tomorrow. Ma'am, no. I'm not leaving the store without a working item or a refund. I asked if I could simply exchange it for something else. She said yes. I could find anything for the exact amount but I was willing to pay more for something else. But I was told she didn't know how to charge me the difference. She kept insisting I should come back. No thank you! She called her manager via phone who tried to persuade me to come back the next day, I stood firm. I wanted a refund or a replacement item. After about 30 minutes of whatever was going on, the manager walked her through the exchange via phone. It shouldn't have taken all of that. I won't be back.

Most of the clothes (especially dresses and tops) are geared toward small-chested, skinny chics, neither of which describes moi. However, I've lucked up with more than a few super cute finds. You really just have to try everything on and not assume it will or won't fit. This particular location is quite small in comparison to locations in other cities. They rarely have what I'm looking for so I end up buying mostly online and just returning here if it doesn't fit (you cannot exchange unless they have it in-store). I agree with other Yelpers' sentiment about the workers. Service is subpar. They are completely disconnected from the customer service aspect of retail. I may get a greeting upon arrival, but usually that doesn't happen. I usually feel like I'm bothering them when I ask a question. I hope St. Louis adds another store in Frontenac or West County. In the meantime, I'll come here only if I need to return an online order.

Her name is Cheryl and she was great! She was making sure I didn't leave until I got what I came for. She was friendly and extremely helpful. I don't know how she puts up with that other woman! There is no variety of VS at all in any of the locations. Going into the store it's always packed with Pink inventory and it's a struggle to find ANY outfits that are advertised at all.
