I was pleasantly surprised to come across the business of Eunoia. And I took the chance of trusting a new stylist with my very boring, long, flat hair after seeing the positive reviews. The one thing I hate about getting a haircut is how long it always takes, even if I'm just getting 2 inches off. Well, I don't worry about that now. Zachary blew my mind today. He was funny and chill and the dude knows how to use a pair of scissors. Not only did he cut it exactly as I described and asked, but I was finished in 40 minutes. I think I sat in traffic longer driving home. I am so happy to have come across this salon and Zachary.

after being a customer for a year since moving to town a year ago there was wild accusations made…read moretoday! this is my favorite hair store and i'm highly disappointed. apparently when i came to get some afro kinky hair and faux locs i paid for it all with cash and left. was told to have a blessed day and i said the same. today i came in weeks later after using the hair and was showed a picture of the transaction on a a phone screen of which i assume was the owners. she explained that she gave me an extra $100? which i most definitely would've noticed considering i only came in with no more than $75 and also bought some hair products too. instead of getting asked for money back or to bring the hair back immediately once this was discussed i was just awkwardly stared at while waiting for for my items to me rang up, made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwanted. which i probably am. i didn't even know if i was going to be served at this point. i then said i would have no problem returning something if the mistake was on me, there was then an attempted guilt trip from the cashier saying aren't we all human and we all make mistakes. yes! of course we are all human but my phone number is in their rewards point system which i always use so i could've been called. this mistake simply sucks, i love this store and wish to return but to avoid the drama and the backlash from the cashier for simply saying this wasn't my mistake and the belittling stare from the i assume owner is something id rather avoid. i understand if this was a same day event, but this was over 2 weeks ago my last visit... and this could've been handled a lot more professionally rather than bickering with a customer (me) who simply said that they aren't making up for a mistake that wasn't on their end. i walked in with $6 and some change, and was expected to give 100$ that i'm 99% positive i didn't receive ?
