After the consult, 2 bleaching sessions, a pair of purple neutralizing rinses to eliminated the yellow brassines and a quick touch up trim...Santa looked fantastic. I've tried contacting them by phone, email and even got the better business bureau involved just to get my refund and they still have not responded it is now June 10th and I haven't heard from them or received my refund. This is absolutely unacceptable they are scammers and to make matters even worse they do a shit job on people's hair. I will keep contacting them until I get my refund.
