Different Cheesesteak #1197. Christmas came early for the cheesesteak guy! I got a cheesesteak…read morewith fried onions and mushrooms. Let's get this out of the way, The fried onions can/should be smaller and the mushrooms got lost in the cheesesteak. But those 2 things don't really matter because this a very good cheesesteak. Coach's uses fresh sliced sirloin. I'm a sirloin fan. They season the meat. It tasted like steak. Good Liscio's roll. Good amount of cheese. I hate to say this because one guy working and he got slammed with orders, would have liked a little better cheese distribution. Gotta love eating by a fireplace. Very clean grill. Bonus video of Ed cleaning the grill. PS who knew Doylestown is straight out of a Hallmark movie?!?!?!?!

Both were quite tasty and they scratched an itch. The owner was friendly and welcoming and told us he likes his breakfast sandwiches on that roll also, but his favorite is the Cooper Sharp. I didn't even think of getting that kind of cheese on mine, but next time I will. "Melts right into the meat" he said. Ooooeyy gooey.....that sounds delightful to me. It was moderately busy on a late Sunday morning, but we didn't have to wait too long for our sandwiches to come out. We were going to take them to go, but thought it might be better just to stay there and not get crumbs all over the car. It was the perfect way to start our day.

The turkey club sandwich was excellent--really fresh and packed with flavor. The bread was toasted…read morejust right, and the turkey tasted high quality instead of dry or bland. The bacon added a nice crunch, and everything was layered well so it didn't fall apart while eating. Overall, the portion was generous and filling, definitely worth the price. The service was also good, with staff being friendly especially Harrison and checking in without being overbearing. The atmosphere of the diner felt comfortable and clean, making it a nice place to sit down and eat.

We didn't stay, I felt that was rude and dismissive. My wife and I did come back today because they open at 10am on Sundays. The food was absolutely horrible. We ordered the eggroll sampler and fried pickles as an app. The eggrolls were tasteless, and the fried pickles were so greasy we couldn't eat them. Then on to the entrees, I ordered the brunch burger and my wife the French toast with bacon. French toast is what it is...not much you can do (and I still question my wife about ordering it). The burger, flavorless and overcooked. To make this experience better, the bacon for my wife's side and on my burger...completely raw. The food took a long time to come out, so no excuses. The service was good and I don't blame them for this. But far too many missteps. This is not just a mistake on one item...this is a restaurant that's lost its way.
