I totally understand them being busy, and my order being delayed, the was not the issue. It's the constant "out of stock items" after you have already paid for them, the lack of offering to fix the problem, and then just outright forgetting items that are the basics in the sandwich. After sitting for a bit waiting for my online order, I was advised that my sandwich wouldn't have the correct bread, nor any bacon. No offer to address the price discrepancy of not having bacon was made. I figured, not an issue, I'll take the $4 loss on my sandwich and the $2.5-$3 loss on another that also was supposed to have bacon. I get home with the 4 sandwiches, one was a simple California chicken cheese steak, with NO CHEESE. The cheese is in the name of the sandwich. I do not understand, how is it possible to constantly make so many errors that are easily corrected. No more, we're done.
