We picked up 3 takeout meals to eat while watching the Eagles game. We were hungry and they hit the spot. What we ate: spaghetti and meatballs, veal parmigiana, and eggplant parmigiana. All came with salads, salad dressing, and rolls. Each of these meals were large portions. If you want to share or have a second serving, that would not be a problem. Plenty of food to eat. We ordered and were given a time and all was ready on time. They were busy but were well staffed and friendly. We have ordered meals here over the years and have not been disappointed. They have fresh pizza and an array of sandwiches and Italian dishes. If you want dessert, there is a large selection in their bakery. Take credit cards. Plenty of parking. Very good Italian food. *catering review* Our family hired Luberto's to cater a lunch following my grandfather's funeral. When we walked into the space reserved for lunch (an offsite clubhouse) after mourning all day, we were met with literally nothing set up. The 2 employees had sat around and not done anything. We immediately began panicking and running around to put tablecloths and cutlery on tables, set up drinks, set up and start the coffee, put the food out, open up plates...literally everything. Meanwhile, the owner (who was one of the people there) acted rude and annoyed that we were getting involved. We had the space for a limited time, and needed everything set up asap - we had no choice but to get things done ourselves since they hadn't done so during the 2 hours before. Their excuse was that they couldn't find the manager of the clubhouse? They were there 2 hours before us and did not need the manager to start setting up. They sat there. It was an awful way to come into a lunch that was supposed to be a bit of a rest after an awful morning. Instead, we had to set up for the 100 guests before they got there. Which we weren't able to, because it required more than an hour set up time! As a caveat, the food was good. This review is strictly about the catering service. They did not offer any money back for failing to provide the service they were hired for. Such a disappointment. read more

I have ordered many times from Luberto's and they NEVER disappoint! I just have to say if you need any baked goods for a birthday or other celebration or just because, they do a fabulous job! My daughter's birthday cupcakes were delicious (chocolate with chocolate mousse filling and whipped cream topping)! Their pies and cakes are out of this world! One of my favs is their chocolate cream pie. Oh and their eclair cake too! Yum!! read more

It's a very convenient place to be in Pipersville. Every-time I pass here, I always stop in for fresh mozzarella and always get there fresh breads. First time eating here, thought this was worth talking about. Sunday we were doing like Matt H. - across the street at the park for a LAX game. There is not much around here as far as food choices, was relieved to know that they were open and I could call in an order. I ordered a medium pizza for the boys, some onion rings, and a cheesesteak for a friend at the game. 20 Minutes later I walk across the street to Luberto's to carry out. They have a full service deli counter so I did also get some tuna salad with our order. There are lots of other Italian specialty items here too for someone making a feast, if you're a local I'm sure this is a go-to spot for that. Everything was good! The onion rings were awesome, I hear the cheesesteak was good but I didn't taste it. My boys ate up the pizza - so that's all good. The staff was very friendly and the food was spot on. I'm not out this way (in Buck's county) that much, but I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again if I was. read more

We are supporting local businesses during the pandemic, this restaurant more than ever. They have curbside which is a plus, you can also go in & pick up, a box of gloves greets you at the entrance, with clearly marked blue directives on the floor. Paninis are the absolute best, #6 is our favorite, grilled chicken, fresh mozzarella, spinach, roasted red peppers all on a thin sliced Italian bread, perfection! Grilled chicken Caesar salad is fresh, complete with their homemade tasty croutons. Their dinner rolls never disappoint, crusty, warm & delicious. Their sweets are to die for, they fill the cannolis fresh for you! So happy Joe kept this place opened, we miss you in Dublin, but worth the drive from Perkasie! Thank you, thank you! read more

So, I stopped in, today, for a loaf of bread, like many times before. A couple customers in fron of me, no problem. One guy, the pizza guy, behind the counter, talking up a storm, ignoring other people waiting, ok, so he's a friendly guy. But, when he put his bare hands up into his armpits then proceeded to handle the food, without gloves or washing, well I figured, where else has those fingers been. Sorry guys, I left. Gave me the wrong order on Christmas I ordered Penny pasta with pink vodka sauce and I got Penny pasta with pink vodka sauce and shrimp. When I called they told me they would give me pink vodka sauce I can add my own noodles or they will give me a $10 credit which it cost for the pink vodka sauce this was the day after Christmas already I told her that was unacceptable and they said they would call me later when they called me later the lady was very arrogant and she asked me to bring the tray back I told her I already had it on my plate, I'll bring back the rest of the tray she told me that they would not give me anything back if I didn't bring the whole tray. Then she hung up on me I called back and the owner asked me what I would like then I told him at least half of my money back he apologized and said OK I explained to them what is someone in my family had shellfish allergies it could've been a lot worse didn't seem to matter at all to them read more

This past week, the week of March 23, '17 we bot a specialty pizza. Large white pie, with chicken, red roasted peppers, tomatoes, and hot Italian peppers. Price was $18.25. Big disappointment. The hot peppers were actually ultra thin sliced rings from a raw pepper. It was not a nice roasted Italian long hot. Chicken was dry and sparse, not at all appetizing. Tomatoes slices well represented, as was the red roasted peppers. Bland, NO garlic taste, and they could have thrown some ricotta on there. Overall, unexciting, they know better. I'm disappointed, Joe. For $18.25, you could be making a memorable pizza. Might try again in a few mos, but for now, I'm sitting on the sidelines. read more

I was going there expecting a good quality Italian hoagie. Instead I received halfway decent bread with 2 thin slices of ham, 2 thin slices of salami and 2 thin pieces of provolone for 7 dollars. This is the 4th consecutive sandwich of low quality I have purchased because it's the only place on the way to work. As a hard working man I need man fuel and I try to support local establishments but I am no longer able to recommend this place. I'm better off going to the food library for lunch!! Also I don't eat mayo. JizzleJam! It was assumed to add that to an abysmal excuse for a sandwich. They also did something similar for a 10 dollar sandwich. POSERS!!!! read more

We were in town from Houston for a lacrosse tournament. Lubertos was right across the road from the fields. We stopped in for lunch Saturday and I ordered a deli sandwich and a slice of pizza. The sandwich was awesome, loads of meat and cheese all fresh sliced and on crazy fresh bread. But the pizza was what stole the show. Perfect and I mean perfect crust. Easily folded but still just crispy. Perfect. Great sauce (but not too much...), fresh made in the store mozzarella cheese and sweet Italian sausage and pepperoni. Went back Sunday after the games for more. That could possibly be the best pizza I've ever eaten. Sorry NYC but rural Philly's got yer number. read more
