While I've had a good working relationship with Jazmine (who I'd rate 4 stars for her kindness and patience--she's truly doing her best), the systems at Jus Adventures are broken. There's no client portal, no reliable way for guests to check balances, and no automated confirmations. I've had multiple guests texting me confused about how much they owe, how to pay, or why they haven't heard anything at all--even with the final payment due tomorrow. I've included actual screenshots of guest messages showing how many people are still confused or waiting on basic details like their balances or receipts. This is not just a one-off--it's a systemic failure. To make matters worse, I myself didn't even get confirmation for our own room until June 24, despite signing the contract well in advance. I was literally getting off a plane returning from New York on June 23 when I received a call reminding me about our balance--something I had no documentation or breakdown for. If the bride is nearly missing her payment due to lack of communication, that says everything. Also disappointing is Samantha's lack of presence. After I booked, she handed me off to Jazmine and never followed up. As the face of the business--the reason I chose Jus Adventures in the first place--I expected more leadership and oversight. Instead, I've been left to act as the travel coordinator myself: relaying updates, fielding guest concerns, and trying to avoid resort penalties. To Jazmine's credit: when I finally speak with her, things get clearer. But unfortunately, it's always too late. The systems they use don't support her ability to be proactive, and everything feels like catch-up. At $500, I suppose I should've expected some limitations. But what we got was no client dashboard, no structure, no consistency--and zero accountability from the owner. If you're planning a destination wedding, please be cautious. Either work directly with the resort or choose an agency with the right systems in place. My friend had just graduated with his masters in business and I was preparing for an upcoming surgery in June and we both wanted to take a quick and relaxing vacation away to a Caribbean Island. Samantha suggested a beautiful all-inclusive resort in the Bahamas (Meliá Nassau Beach). It was perfect, exactly what we wanted beautiful beach, fantastic food, great service and peace & quiet. We had some difficulty with the Wi-Fi at the resort and I made a call to Ms. Murdock back in New York and the next day the Wi-Fi was up and running well throughout the entire resort. She contacted the resort on my behalf and definitely worked her magic because the resort management couldn't offer me any solid information on when the internet would be up and running. I will definitely be using Jus Adventure to book my next vacation. I highly recommend Jus Adventures Travel Services to all my friends and family.

The station house has one bathroom, a few shelves of books, and a little newsstand; everything you need and nothing you don't. A few fresh coats of paint would honestly do wonders for the place, but it seems to be holding up. At the very least it smells clean enough. There's only one platform, and it looks similarly dilapidated, though serviceable. The neighborhood is nothing to write home about either, unless you're really into E-list historical landmarks.
