Have been using DLC since 2014. Never have a problem and if one happens, they make it right. Recently looking for a cruise to Bahamas that we had previously taken but had to modify due to severe weather that flooded part of Coco Cay(not a hurricane - just a strong thunderstorm). The agent, Dorene H. was able to find what appeared to be a recent cancellation on a cruise out of our desired departure port on Oasis of the Seas in an Ocean View Balcony cabin (mid ship) on Deck 9.I had previously looked and nothing was available in our desired location or within our budget. Dorene was able to secure the booking, but due to the departure date being less than 120 days away, we had to pay in full. Not a problem since we were able to get what and where we wanted. Since the booking was made using DLC, Royal Caribbean will not answer any questions, not even general questions regarding RCCL and referred me back to DLC. The RCCL agent asked if there was anything else she could assist me with and I told her that she had not assisted me to begin with, but RCCL was more than happy to take my cruise payment. Replies to questions from DLC are always quickly answered. Will continue to use DLC in the future and will let others know of the great and thorough service. read more

Booked our Disney Cruise with Direct Cruise Lines. We were booking last minute, so were able to go to the website view what rooms were available and book them where other agents do the searching and you may or may not get what you want by the time they get back to you with what they find for your approval. The agents at DCL are there to assist to help you with any problems or issues like when booking I made some errors on name spelling and birthdays. Called DCL and the agents fixed those issues with no problem. Booking with Direct Cruise Lines was the same as booking directly with the cruise lines. Costs are the same, but you get the added bonus of on board credits and others bonuses that may be available. Also the agents are there to assist you with the booking or issue you may have. The big advantage is that you yourself can see the room availability on their website and put a hold on the rooms until you can complete the booking. read more

We have been booking cruises with Direct Line for over 10 years. We love the website as it allows us to compare costs per day on similar cruises. It's easy to book on line but I usually phone as the agents are great too. Their prices are the best, when we travel with friends they usually revert to Direct Line as the cost for the same cruise is lower. We get an amount in our ship account when we embark on the ship, from Direct Line. We have had situations when we needed to cancel and even though we were past the date the agent went to bat for us and was able to transfer our cruise credit so we could change the date. One cruise the agent suggested she check to see if the cost had been lowered and it had so due to her diligence we saved $400. We always use Direct Line cruises and totally trust them. read more

Direct Line Cruises is the best. We started using them just after covid since then my husband and I booked 11 cruises and my son and daughter in law booked 9. There is always someone there to answer any questions or concerns. They have very competitive prices and offer credits like these. We had one cruise that cancelled due to ship difficulties and we were given a choice of our money back or the amount we paid plus an additional 40 percent credited to our next cruise, of course we took that. They would have also credited us for airfare but we did not need airfare since we were cruising locally. Well what we went from was a 5 day cruise to the Bahamas to a 7 day cruise to Bermuda, home run! DLC is great I recommend to everyone I talk to. read more
