I sent and email the next day requesting a quote and not even 15 minutes later, I received a call from one of the owners and had a wonderful chat with a woman by the name of Jodie.(She has a great Scottish accent BTW. Such a treat to hear!) She was very professional and answered all of the questions I had about what they do as a company. She gave me a price which I was happy with and went along with using them for my security needs. A few days later, one of the agents arrived 15 minutes early where I was needing security, and introduced themselves to me. They we're very professional and clean cut looking. I worked for this company in a managment capacity and honestly I can't in good conscience give this…read morecompany a solid 1 star review due to many issues that I personally saw. Upper management specifically in Denver Colorado are driving the company into the ground by firing employees, turning around and re-hiring them. Then management takes hours away from solid guards to give to the ones hired back that don't even show up. There was one instance where this head manager gave a shift to another guard and then had that same guard ultimately end up going there but paid him $26-$28 an hour to cover his own shift. The manager is costing the company so much money and they don't even see it. The manager will say this branch is way better than when he got there and everything is good as far as metrics go but it's all smoke and mirrors. Management clearly does't know what they are doing. This particular manager would yell at employees on the phone and belittle them to the point some recorded the conversations and wanted to not work specific sites associated with these irate conversations. Employees are feeling unappreciated because they work hard but when pay day comes around they are missing hours or aren't payed what they were told because upper management didn't input hours correctly and promised higher wages when they were not authorized to do so. I was personally told the job would be a certain way with specific perks. None of it was true and was told by the Manager essentially "Oh well, get over it". This same manager would discuss deeply personal things to anyone things that weren't appropriate at working quite uncomfortable. The manager is also doing a big NO NO by requiring a doctor's note in order to come back to work for a guard taking one sick day and pressing for information as to why they are sick. The manager would openly discuss about his investigation of money fraud from a particular VP to anyone in the room. Just overall a very toxic and hostile place to work and I am very sad that it wasn't better. I can't recommend this company at all.
