Terrible location ran by lousy teenagers. I get that minimum wage minimum effort but good customer service should be expected since the customers pay for your paycheck. Not to mention everything on the item is priced $1-4$ more than Tucson locations which is ridiculous. Also they don't do the signature flip. If you hate your job get another one. read more

We've always had a really good experience at this Dairy Queen but not last night. I don't know if it was just a bunch of young teenage boys who didn't care about their job or what but they were unbelievably rude. The blizzards were completely melted, they left the window open while being obnoxiously loud, and then with $.85 blizzard deal going on I gave them my code and then I still got charged a normal price for my blizzard. Well, It's certainly not what I expected as a 'normal' DQ and with the extreme timeline it took to get this place online, I was quite disappointed to see it strictly as a Ice Cream vehicle without wheels?? It literally is a overpriced Ice Cream truck with nothing else on the menu... Not even remotely what the DQ's in the past have been to design. On another note, the service was wicked fast and courteous; well done for the manager that set this up! The cup 'choices' in front and on the counter don't equate to the '4 cups' on the menu board. 5 on the counter to the 4 above...? A next to small cup was %5.00... Wow... I can get two ice creams for that at the Ace Hardware across the interstate in their out the door quick-grab cooler... This WHOLE time in trying to get this place running over the past two years, the concept has become to be 10-20 items of: ice cream with a spoonful of candy bars ground in. That's it. It's not bad per se, but NOT a 'DQ' from the past we all loved and enjoyed. It's a Wendy's without the entire rest of the food menu criteria. Kids, kids.. this is ARIZONA so please stop. Just stop. You can't leave a drive thru full of ice cream orders on the counter. Slow down a little on making the frozen orders. Ice cream melts at room temperature. Every time. I wondered why EVERY time my dipped cones were runny and my other orders melty immediately. Last night I saw orders lined up on the counter. Ours included, while we waited. Watching them melt through the pickup window while the employee took another order. Here's how you do it: take order, check how many orders are lined up. Make order to match the timing. Do not take another order if there is someone sitting at the window waiting for you to hand over their frozen, perishable treat. Take payment first, pass frozen goodies to customer. Seriously. I love DQ but this location is testing my patience. read more

This DQ is connected to a Shell gas station. Looks small from the outside but it's actually roomy inside...plenty of seats and tables, and temperature is nice and cool. I had the orange dreamsicle and first few bites was great, but later tasted like unflavored wax over not so flavorful vanilla soft serve. On the vanilla cone hierarchy this is pretty low on the list with IKEA's at the top for most vanilla taste and McDonald's in the middle. My first time at a DQ...I think I'll order something different next time. read more

Husband wanted to treat us tonight so he went to Dairy Queen because we both li I've it. By the time he got home ,takes about six minutes, the ice cream had almost entirely melted all over our car, making a huge mess and we ended up drinking most of our treat. It wasn't put in a to go container there was no lids put on the items just a disaster all the way around. I tried to call them to advise of this situation and phone had been disconnected. This Diary Queen is Re- opening SOON, Late July '18 and the new owners are from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. It is a family owned franchise. These folks I've personally meet and spent a little time with them. They are the kindest people. They care about each and every customer's satisfaction. We tried this for the first time since they opened. We have been waiting for years for DQ to reopen. We ordered our usual blizzards. I ordered my usual Heath blizzard. Poor customer service and even worse product. Went through drive thru and ordered a small cup of ice cream with extra/extra chocolate magic shell and a small oreo blizzard. After girl repeated order, I told her again lots of extra magic shell and that I would pay for the extra. She insisted it would have a lot. Order was $8.63. I gave her money she gave us our order, kinda. There was a very light coat of magic shell on the ice cream and the oero blizzard did not have a single crumb of cookie in it. More like a light dusting of oreo powder. You could not even taste it. Six employees standing around at the drive thru window and still can't do a simple job like serve ice cream. Should have drivin back through and complained. I just think this local business doesn't give a rat's a@@. Needles to say, I will spread this story and my experience with everyone I talk to. Update** my son is doing well. The owner of this Dairy Queen contacted me regarding our experience. She apologized and brought awareness to the employees. I hope that this lessens the chance of contamination as mistakes happen. But I applaud the owner for not only contacting me but doing something about it. She also refunded me. This place is a hot mess! Whenever we go, there is a line, the place is filthy, one person on the counter,(who is sssssllllllllooooooooowwwwww). Of course, the drive thru is closed at 700, when they close at 8:30. Girl mopping floors refused to come wait on us. After 15 minutes, she left the mop and came to make the sundaes without washing her hands. I rushed to the counter and told her she needed to wash her hands. She left in a huff, came back and refused to wait on anyone after that. So she decided to empty out the chocolate ice cream. So much for the customers who were waiting for that. 7 orders that could not be filled and people walking out after waiting 20 minutes without having their orders even taken. Never got the ice cream and the manager, who was in the back the whole time, never came out to help fill orders. Horrible! Will never go back. read more

Imagine a business that just doesn't care. Manager is more concerned putting stock away then waiting on customers. Horrible health issues, store is antiquated and old. Staff is untrained and unmotivated. Making a customer happy is the last thing staff wants to do. Hours for lobby and drive thru vary like the weather. Why bother! read more
