What is this you ask? You tell me cause it's not what I ordered. This location messes up orders frequently. How can you not get ice cream right? The girl who took my order last night at about 9pm knew something was wrong when I was at the window. I asked what happened, and she replied "oh nothing, nothing." Then instead of taking time to make sure it's correct, she handed me not what we ordered . The order was a lemon ice with vanilla custard on top, and 1 scoop of chocolate with Oreo and cookie dough topping. I accepted the order just so I could make a review in hopes y'all get it together. I know if I just refused it nothing will get better. This is after countless mistakes with orders. Turn down the freezer that stores your custard because it melts way too fast compared to other locations. read more

Excellent dining experience! The place was packed when we entered the restaurant. The ordering line was moving quickly. We ordered and it was delivered rather quickly. We noticed the staffing was many. There was plenty of open seating and the service was great. The food we ordered was excellent. The steamed broccoli was the best I've ever tasted! I don't get the hype with this place. There's absolutely no flavor to the meat and their buns are terrible. The ones that we got were so old that they were crunchy. Their fries also had no flavor. The only good thing was my father-in-laws shrimp but not good enough to come back for. For $58 (for 4 people) we expected a bit more. At least we can say that we tried it. Recently went through Culver's drive thru and ordered three different burgers, fries, drinks, and ice cream. When I got back to my Mom's apartment I realized one burger was missing. I called the restaurant to tell them and they offered to drive the burger to me (several miles from the restaurant). I was skeptical that would actually happen, but less than 30 min later, two employees showed up with the burger and free fries! Anyone can make a mistake but not everyone makes it right! I always have the cod basket dinner.(3 pieces of cod) it is amazingly delicious n very lightly cooked in a light batter extra crispy n fluffy. Comes with cold slaw n fries n a biscuit. Culver's in Sioux Falls, SD was a special place my Dad used to take me too for their famous butter burgers and custard shakes, since I was a little girl. I was born and raised in CA (and we don't have Culver's.....but if anyone is listening...PLEASE bring them to NorCal) My father recently passed away and I was racing through the desert to deal with the estate, after a long flight and my ETA was 10:01 to Culver's. They closed at 10pm. Culver's reminds me of so many wonderful memories with my Dad and my heart was set on it. I called the restaurant and begged them to stay open for me if I was a few minutes late and I was greeted with the kindest, warmest, sweetest voice on the other line who said they would do it just for me!!I was so thankful. I pulled up, the screen was dark. An automation informed me they were closed. My heart sank and then that same, warm voice came over the speaker, "Hi Crystal!!! Welcome to Green Valley!! Go ahead and pull up to the window!!" The pumpkin shake was delicious, the burger divine, but the kindness and human connection was by far the best part of my meal. This team brought tears to my eyes. They were so loving, so encouraging, the most wonderful example of hospitality. Last night, me and my family went to eat at this establishment. When we placed our orders the young man in the drive thru seemed as if he was in a bad mood. He became more annoyed with every order we gave him. Once we got to the window the girl who took the payment was also in a bad mood, she did not greet us kindly and basically demanded our payment. The young lady who ran our food out I'm pretty sure her name was Kerry she made the experience worth while. I wish the other employees were as kind as her. She made the experience better. The fact that it is the second only restaurant adjacent to Sahuarita that doesn't serve pizza? Yes, and more. Dual ownership teams have brought sit-down family dining/fast food to Sahuarita; FINALLY! I met John Elam today (one of the owners) and learned how he not only secured this spot in the area but his expectations for his employees; I was impressed. In fact, Chik-Fil-A has competition in this area and that's a good thing! We visited the restaurant on Thursday, 11 July, for an early dinner way past the opening day mark just to see how things are after the dust settled... We were impressed. Food quality was fresh, hot, served with a genuine smile. The restaurant grounds, dining area and overall build was in an appealing and welcoming condition and the fresh color scheme of Culver's is a nice add to the constant 'south western' themes of the southwest. The blues and grays along with the inside seating design is very comfortable both visually and physically. On this Thursday, the place was approximately 80% packed. That's great! We learned that the ownership team wants all customers to truly be treated as guests of honor and have raised their bar - on that experience; KUDOS!! It's no mystery that the McDonalds and Carl's Jr. in this area has to be labeled the world's worst so if Culver's can hit them where it counts, maybe it'll be good for all three as the new team in town makes a better impression on the community as a whole. Currently, the other two suffer immensely in EVERY detail of sales, quality and customer interface so again, KUDOS to the management team behind Culver's, you should see exactly what I'm referring to when you walk in. To note: security cameras - literally everywhere. I like that. You should too. Free Wi-Fi and outdoor seating with USB charge ports in a couple areas of the inside dining area and T.V.'s up on the wall. It's the perfect blend of sit down-fast food-restaurant style eating. I'm so glad I met the owners and learned that their goals are not just financial, but to truly be a cornerstone here to the area and community. They know this area needs a sit down restaurant and they deliver. Definitely come check em out! read more

Been to a couple of Culvers (mainly for Concrete Mixer), tried to burgers but not really impressed (always been take-out) due to Covid. Had the opportunity to sit down & eat at this Culvers yesterday after hiking in Madera Canyon, and my impression of Culvers went from decent to WOW !!! First as we came up a young man held the door open & greeted us, we were also warmly welcomed by young lady at the counter. The restaurant was clean with plenty of space & signage promoting Social Distancing. Our food was brought out, fresh & correct- extra onion minus tomato (usually gets mixed up at other place). Our fries were hot, and the burger changed my opinion, it was a tasty burger that makes u think of driving 34 miles (Tucson) to eat. We enjoyed our meal immensely, and the atmosphere. Customer service was impressive, one employee in particular stood out( Angel). I observed "Angel" interact with older customers while cleaning tables, he was genuine & attentative. Fantastic, came for a bite around lunch time and there was one open spot at the register. My wife and I Love Culver's and it even got better with we stepped up to the register and a young lady was there waiting to take our order. A cheese burger, a fish sandwich and 6 shrimp with a Culver's root beer float. The cashier's name was Nellie, she repeated our order and it was perfect. I put in my credit card, put in the pin and the card was declined. Well maybe it was a number off. I asked Nellie if I could try it again, as the line began to form behind us. Nellie was patience, still holding her smile, again it came up "declined". Oh my, so many things began in my mind that I was almost in a panic but not to worry, my wife had the answer. She tried her card and the transaction was completed. All this time, Nellie was patience, professional and sympathetic to my errors. In appreciation, I had to give Nellie 5 stars for her way of handling this situation.
