I cannot overstate the positive difference that Dr. Frank has made in my life…read more After I lost 175 pounds, I had recurring problems with skin infections under my panniculus. Dr. Frank removed almost 11.5 pounds of excess and diseased skin from my abdomen. Even though my panniculectomy was not considered cosmetic, Dr. Frank went above and beyond to make sure the end result looked and felt great. During my recovery period, there was never any more pain that one might feel with, say, a scraped knee. My scar is even and causes me no irritation, even though it is along my belt line. In short, Dr. Frank does amazing, life-changing work. When I finally hit my goal weight, I WILL be seeing him again.

I went to Dr Frank for lipo 360 in April 2024. Dr Frank only removed approximately less than 2 L of…read morefat from my body when he had the capability to remove over 4 and up to 5L. At my six week postop follow-up I expressed my concerns for my undesirable results. I was met with defensive and insulting responses. I asked Dr Frank why was there so much fat left in each area, his response was the fat was visceral.(which was not true). His second excuse was I shouldn't be laying around post op consuming whole pizzas. that I should have been doing extensive exercises and strict dieting in order to see the results I wanted as if I didn't just pay him $6000 to permanently Remove the fat.I reminded him he hadn't cleared me yet to exercise. I was told it was not a weight loss procedure and that I needed to be doing strict dieting and exercising in order for him to perform another round plus another $1800 anaesthesiologist fee. I immediately declined his services and left the office. He later reached out and agreed to waive the $1800 fee and offered to do a "touch-up" at no charge. By this time my experience was completely ruined. My postop care was not clear and I develop large lumps and a small seroma because the compression garment I was given was too large, and I was not informed to size down garments as the swelling subsides in order to help the healing process. I was also not informed of the importance of post-op lymphatic massages and was told to wait at least six weeks before receiving a first massage. The only thing I was given for a post-op was a list of lotion to use .Dr Frank greatly lacks accountability. The only thing I would accept from his practice is a partial refund. I could have went to another surgeon and paid half the price for optimal results. I am extremely disappointed because I work very hard to save money to get this procedure and I had barely have any visible results. $6000 down the drain.

I took my chances a made the appointment. I waited in the waiting room for about an hour there was someone else before I heard reschedule her appointment because she was also waiting a long time. I finally get called back. I waited in that room another 45 minutes than I went to the window and asked to reschedule. The clerk went into the room across from me and I could hear her tell the NP how long I've been waiting and she acted like she didn't even know. She was hanging out in the room next door the entire time! The clerk came out and said she'll be right with you, I explained I'll just schedule with someone else, she said it's okay she's coming out right now and she didn't. She wasn't even with a patient she was hanging out with her assistant. So I was like okay, I might as well see her. I wish I would have left, you could tell she has absolutely no experience. I feel like she was winging it, so disappointing. Her assist was very unprofessional just leaning against the counter, chewing like a horse. Each time NP Paris asked her if she documented something she would respond "uh huh, yeah I heard you". I usually see Karen Jordan who is fantastic why Dermatologist Assoc would bring NP Paris on their team is beyond me. Just beware if you want an experienced professional NP Paris is not the one just hold off to see Dr. Jordan.

My daughter saw Dr. Patel first for issues with her tonsils…read more After a great experience and recovery, she recommended him to take a look at mine as well. He did an excellent job. I feel a lot better. My breathing has improved greatly after following all his recommendations. After years of trying everything else, I was able to finally get where I needed to be thanks to Dr. Patel's knowledge. º¤ø,¸¸,ø¤ºTHANKº¤ø,¸¸,ø¤ºYOUº¤ø,¸¸¸,ø¤ºDRº¤ø,¸¸,ø¤º

2 days after a routine septoplasty, my son was in the ER with significant bleeding from his nose…read more The ER physician packed his nostrils but he continued to bleed down his throat. When contacted by phone, Dr. Patel stated it was normal post-surgical drainage. No other ENTs would step in to examine him. He was admitted for the night, still bleeding down the back of his throat, choking and spitting blood into basins. The nurses continued to call. He insisted this was normal. It wasn't until the NEXT DAY, after 24 hours of bleeding, that Dr. Patel finally agreed to come. He enlarged the packing in the nostril that appeared to be bleeding, berated me for being an overly emotional mother, and complained that he was missing time with his family over this. I had to leave the room. He said he did not want to cauterize it at the hospital because it was too inconvenient for him. It could wait for his scheduled office visit in two days. The bleeding did not stop until that evening after my son pushed the packing even farther up into his nose and held it there for a couple of hours. Dr. Patel refuses to believe that sometimes unexpected complications may arise that need to be addressed promptly. He kept bringing up the fact that he's been doing this for 12 years without any problems. So if everything goes by the book, you'll be fine. But God help you if you have any complications. He was willing to let a patient suffer for 3 days because it wasn't convenient. I have no doubt he is a gifted surgeon, but his delusional belief that he can do no wrong needs to be addressed.

I had CO2 laser here in March 2025 and the care of service was terrible and the results are worse…read more I went in for my consult with Dr. Soleymani and described in great detail what I hoped to get out of the procedure/improvements to my face/skin. Dr. explained there was a very aggressive option and one that was milder. It was agreed upon by both of us that I would have the more aggressive procedure which I was totally fine with. They gave me several pages of instructions, what to expect from the procedure, aftercare and products I needed to purchase (not from them but from Target/Amazon, etc.) The Dr. made a point of saying they always call several times to check on the patient between the procedure and the follow-up appointment, he'd provide a cell number so I could reach out at anytime if I had issues between appointments, blah blah blah. I made the appointment for the extra AGGRESSIVE laser and was charged and paid in full for that procedure. I studied the instructions intently, stocked up on the required products, and eagerly awaited my appointment. Day of the nurse numbed up my face, the Dr. comes in and asks, "so what are we doing? We're not doing the full blown (something like that) CO2 are we? I don't think you need to go that deep...how much did you pay?" I'm thinking, 'are you KIDDING me??' 'How much did I pay?' For real? And now you aren't going to perform the procedure that was originally planned?? I protested and reminded him that yes indeed the full blown procedure was what "we" were doing, however, by this point my face was all numb and I had a numbing injection, not to mention a Valium (that they provided, I didn't just pop one in before I got there) that made speaking difficult and debating impossible. Long story short, I didn't receive the extreme, aggressive laser treatment (that I paid for). I never received a phone call or any communication from the office after the procedure between appointments, and the whole experience was so disappointing and frustrating. Never heard from them again. After several months of healing my skin looked worse than before I ever had the procedure and I ended up going to another dermatologist that prescribed Tretinoin and hydroquinone to help with the mess the laser left behind. Now 9 months later the topicals have made an improvement but my skin still looks worse than before the laser treatment. I wasted 3k and didn't even get what I originally paid for, it's so frustrating. I do want to mention I had fractional laser treatment about 14 years ago and the results were outstanding! My skin was gorgeous for a few years!! I thought the CO2 would be more appropriate this time around because I am that much older and felt, based on my research, would be better for my older skin. The Dr. did ask me at the end of the CO2 if I'd ever had micro needling (or whatever it's called) and that I should consider that. WHAT? You're advising me of this now??? This practice might be great for all other dermatological procedures, but I wouldn't use them for cosmetic procedures. Based on other reviews from patients that have addressed issues with this practice resulting in no resolve, I'm not going to bother trying to get mine. Rather, I'm going to write a letter of complaint to the state board just so it's on record and that's probably the best I can expect.
