Dr. Arjuna Kuperan is nothing more than a good salesman, who knows which companies to hire to delete all negative reviews on Google maps and some other places for him. Only shady doctors hire hack companies to delete bad reviews. A decent doctor doesn't need to do that. His nurse, Katie Hoffman, is just as shady, unprofessional, and incompetent as he is. He lacks skill and honesty. I would have sued them big time if I had the funds and I will not be surprised if I don't read his name on the news one day because of a major malpractice. read more

I felt like an insurance card only. Went in for evaluation for migraine and left with one. This experience I will never repeat. Without explaining or preparing me for a procedure I didn't know of, I was numbed and a camera was inserted into my nostrils, then I was immediately rushed, escorted out to "check out" and charged $300 for a procedure I didn't authorize. The checkout staff were cold, robotic and disrespectful, and told me I couldn't leave until they verified insurance for the fourth time all while I was suffering from a migraine, numb from a procedure, and very uncomfortable. I left with a sick, distant, weird feeling I never want to repeat. Perhaps if you need nasal surgery this may be a good place?? However, recovery, care, and prognosis are dependent on immune response and with the anxiety, I had with this visit, I'm sure there are other qualified MDs I will entrust my care for positive outcomes. Highly Recommended! My GP recommended him, so I visited Dr. Kuperan for what turned out to be a severe sinus infection. I had gone to see other ENTs with disappointing results. All the other ENTs wanted to take me to surgery immediately. Dr. Kuperan was different. Unlike the others, his first thought was not surgery but to carefully identify the "exact" problem that I had. After going through this extra diagnostic phase, it turned out that I didn't need surgery after all. In fact, Dr. Kuperan said that surgery was always the last resort and that I probably wouldn't need surgery at all. As things turned out, he was exactly correct. About a month of treatment later, problem solved! I liked Dr. Kuperan from the beginning. His manner isn't aggressive, and he LISTENS!!! What a concept for doctors these days. His approach was measured and he was as interested in preserving my general health as he was in taking care of the sinus problem. Unlike many specialists these days, Dr. Kuperan thinks beyond his own area of specialty. If I could give him 10 stars I would. The same goes for his staff. Definitely recommended. read more
