Without explaining or preparing me for a procedure I didn't know of, I was numbed and a camera was inserted into my nostrils, then I was immediately rushed, escorted out to "check out" and charged $300 for a procedure I didn't authorize. The checkout staff were cold, robotic and disrespectful, and told me I couldn't leave until they verified insurance for the fourth time all while I was suffering from a migraine, numb from a procedure, and very uncomfortable. I left with a sick, distant, weird feeling I never want to repeat. Perhaps if you need nasal surgery this may be a good place?? However, recovery, care, and prognosis are dependent on immune response and with the anxiety, I had with this visit, I'm sure there are other qualified MDs I will entrust my care for positive outcomes. Look elsewhere! Hopefully, this review won't be deleted or wiped out or deleted, many practices do this these days.

I saw Dr. Cahill in Huntsville to get new hearing aids in Sept through Nov. 2018. Great experience. I was a bit of a difficult patient/customer but was treated with the utmost respect and patience. Dr. Cahill took the time to explain all of my questions over numerous appointments until all of my concerns were addressed and I felt like I had the best possible hearing solution I could find. I can't finish this review without giving additional kudos to the staff of the Family Hearing Center. They are efficient, pleasant, knowledgable and a pleasure to do business with. Changing appointments was not a problem, cranky moods (mine) were dealt with nicely, and I always felt like I was a number #1 priority. Why? I'm not sure, but there you go. I couldn't have been happier with the whole process, especially because I had put it off and dreaded it for so long. I can hear again. My husband is happy, my kids and friends are happy and most of all I am happy.

Very through with their comprehensive tests on me which I reaaly appericate.
