I hesitated to write this review as I realize that everyone has bad days and sometimes that is reflected in the service we provide. But I find that the receptionist is unpleasant all the time. I've NEVER (no, not once) seen her smile. In fact, she seems to resent having to interact with customers (as if you're bothering her). I won't go into detail, but there was a problem with an order I placed. She gave me such a hard time even though the problem was on their end, not mine. I only got satisfaction after leaving a frustrated message that Dr. Petrelli must have heard and called me back about. He was gracious. She was not. Once they got the script, it was about 15 minutes and done. Our son could see again, and we didn't have to worry that he would miss out on anything. When somebody says "we got you" and they actually got you, it's an amazing feeling. And we left there feeling very good. The prices are good. The selection is good. The service is the best.
