It's somewhat embarrassing for me. You may or may not be seen by the same doctor. The initial examination/evaluation was thorough, you receive updated reviews every 6 weeks for insurance purposes. In my appt. the provider used hand sanitizer which was great, however their hands smelled like stale cigerettes and I couldn't get that smell off me the rest of the day! Flash forward a couple months and the office people have bad attitudes on the phone and are not easy to work with. I suggest you stay away from here until they get everything figured out. For being a doctors office, I expect a lot higher professionalism- not a highschool classroom. Sorry if this is negative, I usually am not this picky. This place was just not for me.

We are committed to using medication only when truly necessary." However, they would rather deny a child these excellent treatments if the parents choose not to use excessive vaccine intervention. Even the AAP encourages not denying care to unvaccinated children, as that can lead to them receiving no care at all. Further their website claims "Our office is a safe place where you will be heard, and your values respected." This doesn't apply if your values and opinions differ from theirs.

Every step of the way was easy, from the referral process to the clinic visit to any follow-up care. I cannot begin to explain the level of expertise this clinic has between all the staff and support. They help ensure you are a true part of your decision making process and ensure you a level of comfort I've rarely experienced.
