Their store design is great, well layed out, and they use very modern equipment for eye measururing etc.. He took a good amount of time to show me, step by step, the process of wearing contacts (starting with videos on wide screen monitor and then 1:1 personal training). To top it off, I paid a very reasonable, competitive market price for the brand and quality of contact lenses I purchased. Finally, he aligned my pair of glasses , and even replaced the nose pads with some very comfortable silion ones -- at no extra charge (yes, I did ask to pay for them). I did not even buy the pair of glasses from him, and the extra generosity is appreciated!

I was first referred to Dr. Apfelbeck because I was having problems with my eyelids. They performed a treatment that has made such a big difference. I was also impressed with all the great frames.
