When I arrived I was greeted by Lauren. The space was clean with minimal decor and the aroma soothed my senses. I completed a quick intake and headed upstairs for my session. I didn't know what to expect but Lauren guided me every step of the way. The room was warm and inviting. The air filled with a calming aroma and red light. She explained the process and she was very knowledgeable and personable. She took great care of answering my questions and even sharing how she got into the health and wellness field, which I appreciated. She truly took the time to make me feel comfortable. I enjoyed a warm abdomen massage, which I assumed, helped relax my muscles to and loosen up the bowels etc. I was hesitant at first to watch the waste coming out, but curiosity got the best of me and she truly explained what I was going to encounter. The entire session was 30-minutes which flew by. I was able to get this done during my lunch hour which I a plus. I'd never consider giving up trying to find help for her, but have to admit that options had gotten slim in the past few years, and then I happened upon Dr.Lim's site and noted that she approached her chiropractic practice with an appreciation for the relationship between a person's nervous system and pain which immediately resonated with me. We live in the desert so it took awhile to make an appointment happen, but once there, my daughter and I were both calmed by Dr. Lim's relaxed demeanor and her willingness to listen fully to both of our concerns. I can tell when my daughter is comfortable with someone by the clarity of her speech, as the accident caused her to struggle with aphasia, especially when she isn't comfortable with where she's at or who is in her space. Even with all of that work he and his staff did for me he refused to let me pay and told me they were happy to help. What kind of provider does that anymore?
