I was sent here by my work comp carrier and I would not recommend this facility to anyone. The office needs to be cleaned up and structurally improved. Tiles are missing from the ceiling, paint has chipped off a large area of the door and open needle supplies are left open on the counter. I did not have a good feeling from when I first walked in! There are so many cleaner and more professional facilities in the area. I will be completing my treatment somewhere else. read more

Very nice & welcoming front staff. Went in for my 1st acupuncture experience. The Dr was great and listened to my concerns. I'm going in for hip pain and lateral thigh pain. I'm on my 3rd acupuncture and cupping experience. I do see the difference and I'm able to lay on my hips (sides) for longer periods of time. Only thing that I didn't like was that I'm a cash patient. Although there's a small sign of their prices and discount package (that I didn't see), I wasn't asked on my 1st visit if I would like to buy one. They have a package for 5 sessions and it gives you 50$ off. Like I said, I'm on my 3rd visit and scheduled for my 4th one.... I could've saved money. These services are not cheap. :/ read more

I rarely write negative reviews--I typically only review businesses when I want to highlight exceptional service. However, I'm making an exception because I don't want others to experience what I went through. After two accidents left me in severe pain with no relief from other treatments, I was desperate for help. My attorneys approved adding Acupuncture USA to my settlement lien, and all paperwork was signed by both parties. While James may be skilled at acupuncture, his business practices are concerning. He took advantage of my pain and inexperience with treatment protocols, scheduling me for 5-6 sessions per week. At $150 per session, this became financially unsustainable after my case settled, especially since I was still unable to work. Months later, my attorney called with shocking news about billing irregularities. He told me to sit down before explaining--and I'm grateful I did. James was demanding $40,000 from my settlement, claiming he had been charging $350-$450 per session against the lien. This was devastating news, considering I had paid $150 per session as a cash patient for the exact same treatment. Due to James's predatory billing practices, my settlement portion dropped from $60,000 to just $17,000--not even enough to replace my totaled car. To put this in perspective: I went from having a full, active life with a job I loved and the ability to support family and friends, to becoming a shell of myself due to constant pain. I was living on disability payments less than half my previous income, had lost my house and car, and was desperately seeking relief while waiting for surgery approval. James exploited my vulnerability during one of the most difficult periods of my life. I'm sharing this experience as a warning: be extremely cautious about lien arrangements and get all billing rates in writing upfront. Today I was sexually assaulted here and Jeff and the doctor and receptionist took no accountability and am now having to get the police involved. Never ever ever come here I was felt up sexually and humiliated and assaulted and had my clothing ripped off during a massage. James is great. They have free drinks and coffee. One of the other acupuncturist always tries to milk you out of your money. They need a new receptionist. She's always lost and doesn't know how to prioritize clients. I ended up having to look up my copay by myself. I walked out today because they spent so much time talking about me that they left me in the room without updating me when I'll be seen even tho I had an appointment. At first they thought they wouldn't be able to do work on me because I said I had a weird shooting pain that started from the top of my shoulder down to my chest area. The doctor said that was "not a good sign", which freaked me out a bit and not sure what he meant by it but he proceeded anyway and it actually did help. I have been treated six times and am feeling MUCH BETTER. After the first acupuncture treatment, I felt relief the next morning. My sciatica hurt so badly I couldn't sit or walk without pain. All I wanted to do was lay flat and I knew I'd never get better that way. My first visit, it was difficult to just lay on the table. The acupuncture itself did not hurt at all. I had trouble getting off the table at the end but I felt a bit better right away. The next morning I woke, got up and could walk and move with little pain. I couldn't believe the difference. I've been back because I start to feel so much better and then "over do it" around the house. AND I'm focusing on long term relief. On my last visit, I had massage first, from Em, and she also used cupping. AMAZING! That was followed up with acupuncture. I plan on working on other parts of my body with acupuncture. My mid back was fractured in two places and my pain level was unbearable for several months. Then my doctor asked if I would like to try acupuncture. At first I told her no way not any day. Highly recommend Acupuncture for USA. I have a full spinal fusion (T3-L2) and a lot of residual pain from the surgery. I thought that I had to accept the pain of my muscles pulling for my entire life. I regularly do yoga and massage therapy, but acupuncture was the missing puzzle piece for me. The acupuncture helps with blood flow and I feel significantly less tension in my problem areas for a few days after my treatment. Something is certainly better than nothing. I also sometimes receive some type of electro-therapy (not sure what it is called but it helps!!) I was referred here by a family member who uses acupuncture for her sciatica and am so thankful I gave it a try. The staff is very kind and they are very accommodating with scheduling. I have only been treated by Janice and James - they are excellent listeners and have done a great job targeting the sources of my chronic pain and explaining their decisions for my treatment. read more

I highly reccomend asking for Marrwah or Missy if you go in and you will feel so much relief! The hot stone and cupping also helps my pain and tension so much. I woke up on a Saturday and could not move my neck. I was able to get an appointment the same day ( they fit me in their schedule because I was in so much pain). Within an hour after calling I was being looked after by the friendly, caring staff at Acupuncture for USA. My wife and son enjoyed coffee and Cheezits in the waiting room while I experienced my first ever Acupuncture treatment. James is a true healer and took the time to listen to me, find out where I was hurting and test my range of motion to see how stiff my neck really was. If you are nervous about the needles, don't be; I barely felt a thing when James was putting them in and started to feel better by the time our session was done. After two more sessions and an amazing message from Marwah, I have full range of motion in my neck again! If I had gone to my regular dr it would have taken days to be seen and he probably would have just prescribed pain killers to mask my pain and my neck would still be locked up.
