A few months back my friend Mike referred me to see Dr. Girgis for a second opinion on some dental work I had coming up. His office got me an appointment within a week or so and when I got there everyone was so kind; His staff is top notch. I received X-rays, traditional and the swirl around your head dealiebobber. I also received a consultation with Dr. Girgis and he took a look at my dental situation and agreed with my dentist on the proposed course of action. Even with all of that work he and his staff did for me he refused to let me pay and told me they were happy to help. What kind of provider does that anymore? I've had nothing but a great experience coming here. The entire team is friendly, professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The ladies at the front desk are also super helpful as well. For insurance, they accept most PPO however they do not accept HMO or Medi-Cal so that's something to keep in mind when planning a visit. The place is well kept and clean. They have their own designated parking lot behind the building which is nice not having to worry about finding street parking. Bridge replacement. Updated Review -- Much Better Experience I wanted to update my previous review because they took the time to fix my bridge, and I have to say, it looks so much better than before! I'm very happy with the improvement, and it looks much more natural now. What I appreciated the most this time was the level of care. Unlike my previous appointment, I never felt rushed. They took their time, listened to my concerns, and made sure everything looked right before finishing. This time, it genuinely felt like they cared about me as a patient and wanted me to be happy with the result. I also want to give credit to the staff for addressing my concerns and making things right. I know my first review was pretty harsh because I was disappointed with the original bridge, but I believe it's only fair to give credit when a problem is corrected. I've been here for two cleanings, my wife comes here as well and we have absolutely no complaints. For starters, I want to thank Victoria( front desk) She was a doll and she made me feel very comfortable to even come to this establishment. I had an infection but come to find out. I had more underlying issues that the doctor told me and she was very informative and explained everything to a T. Unfortunately, all I got was an x-ray and an exam so I can't base off there actual dental work, but I will be coming back to them. I have to go get oral surgery before I can deal with them which I'm also nervous about, but hopefully who they recommend is great for my extraction, etc. etc. read more

Dr. Mai is simply the best. I felt like family from my very first office visit, thanks to her, Dr. Girgis, and staff. The recently renovated office is a nice touch, too. I am wrapping up an Invisalign treatment with Dr. Mai--I cannot sing enough praises about her results. I thought my teeth looked decent already, but Dr. Mai & co. somehow made them look even better! FYI, I stare at my teeth in the mirror every morning, and it gives me the wherewithal I need to go to work (a very tall order) in order to afford a dentist.
